1. What is important is not only that Poles appologise & ask
Jewish Polish descendants for forgiveness, but also to recompensate the descendants for their families lost property & their homes. It has taken far too long for Poles to "man up" & make their admissions of their dastardly involvement in the murder of Jews in WWII.

This is so sad, what does an apology make, nothing... I can feel the sorrow in my heart, it will never be healed.

when it comes to Poland Ynet covers mainly stories of Shoah and instances of antisemitism... Just a while ago there was a 10-days long Jewish Festival in Krakow. More than 200 events (concerts - some in synagogues some open-air, panel discussions, movies, lessons of yiddish), thousands of people on the streets of Jewish districts. A majority of them were Poles - interested in Jewish culture. A week before it there was another event "7 @ nite", where thousands of people, mainly Poles, were visiting 7 synagogues in Krakow. Other Jewish festivals coming soon.
Yes of course, commemoration of Jedwabne pogroms should be reported. But where is the coverage of other things from Poland ?!

Krzystof points out that there are numerous events with regard to Jewish Culture that Ynet could report on. If true -and I assume it is- then Ynet you do owe your readers as well as the polish people who are celebrating jewish culture coverage of these events. By the way, I am jewish and both my parents were polish born.

5. What About Pledging to Return Jewish Property!

The Poles refuse to return Jewish owned property. (polandinjustice.com). Compensation and return for real and personal property to holocaust survivors and their decendants would go a long way in showing true remorse. Words are easy, but actions have true meaning.
