I have lived in Lebanon and know much about what is going on there. The poor Lebanese are terrified of Hezbollah and would give everything to have some peace. Whilst watching TV evenings, the men sit with their Rifles by their side. It's a sad sight altogether. On one particular night, Hezbollah stormed in to their beautiful house, rifles cocked, and threatened to take the husband away, rape the wife or have peace by handing over their 4 million dollars. They lost it all! So you want to know true stories, I can give you plenty more!

Good or bad, the way of the world is to fight for natural resources. The four richest countries in the world, US, Russia, Canada and Norway, are dividing up the Arctic circle and setting up military units to wage a war to fight anyone who disagrees. The US, France and UK illegally attacked Libya to control their natural resources. Lebanon refuses to negotiate peace, made unprovoked attacks on Israel and threatens Israel with war, and you complain about some Talkbackers?

Don't be mislead from Lebanon's claims.I've seen the maps.Israel's north maritime border is perpendicular to the coastline like the intl law says,of course this extends to the sea which is just west from Lebanon since the coastline is diagonal.Lebanese draw the same borderline completely horizontal and there is the problem,,,

Lebanon's sovereinty, legitimacy, and right to exist are being threatened by Israel's greedy need for other countries oil/gas. Just like the sovereingty, legitimacy, and right to exist of Palestine is threatened by Israel's illegal occupation and settlement building.

Only the UN can ratify borders, and only if both parties reach an agreement. Last I checked, neither Israel nor Lebanon border the United States. Can't you come to grips with the fact that an opinion piece, whether given by the UNGA or a sovereign nation is NOT law?
