1. Tunisia diplomacy
graczek ,   Maryland, USA   (07.11.11)
Tunisians should make outlawing relations with Israel an integral part of its new constitution. If Tunisia does indeed open relations with the Zionists, it would be committing a supreme geopolitical, not to mention theological crime. However, any Tunisian government that makes any such attempt likely will be violently overthrown.
2. lol now that they found out how to protest
Ester   (07.11.11)
i can see that they like it... :D
3. the last jews of the arab world better get out ...Nazi like
rachel ,   usa   (07.11.11)
terrorists are out on the prowl
4. 600 Protesters
Ron ,   OC, US   (07.11.11)
Not so many. Actually, in all of these liberation movements a litmus test to see just how they will turn out or make it better for their people would be just how they treat Jewish Israel. If there is not normalization with the Jewish state I doubt there will be normalization within their own societies.
5. So much for an "Arab spring"...
Tahl   (07.11.11)
"Death to all Tunisians attempting to normalize relations with Israel!" So this is the Arab spring? These are the voices of revolution? These are the voices of freedom? Looks more like the same old hatred, same old closed-mindedness, same old violence, same old zealotry. With or without a dictator on their heads, blind hatred against Israel & the Jews will forever be an integral part of the Arab culture.
6. isnt the arab spring wonderful
zionist forever   (07.11.11)
The Arab Spring has really made the region a better place. Al Quaida is moving into Tunisia and they are up in arms about the idea of possibly having diplomatic relatiions with Israel. In Egypt the Muslim Brotherhood is expected to do very well in the elctions and even moderate preisdential and parliamentry candidates are saying that the peace treaty of 1979 should be renegotiated whilst the islamist want it torn up alltohother. The gas pipelines keep getting blown up. In Libya well its been nearly four months and Gaddafi is still strong as ever. The war has cost the NATO countries billions and they are all looking for a face savng way out of there. In Syria Assad has killed nearly 2000 people and thanks to the Libya fiasco the world doesn't want to intervene or even talk to tough out of fear they will end up having to take military action. Lebanon 3 is just around the corner.
7. #1 graczek (and #6)
solomon ,   bklyn   (07.11.11)
Read #6, wherein you will read about the real geopolitical, theological and moral crimes. Your post makes white into black...as usual. #6 is correct. You are wrong...as usual.
8. #7: It's too easy to claim somebody is "wrong"...
LebanonPride ,   Canada   (07.11.11)
And it seems to be the majority of your guy's arguments on here. "Your wrong, we're right". Well, how about going more into it. Explain how he is wrong. It isn't hard to say "you're wrong", but it's another thing to explain it. If he's wrong, you should have no problem explaining why with valid proof. So go ahead, please. This goes for all that just claim anybody Anti-Zionist is "wrong".

solomon ,   bklyn   (07.11.11)
You are obviously not reading our posts. Many go into detail. Try #6 above as an example. And many of our proofs rely on history. Any post we would write about all the relevant history would be too long for ynet. Read some on your own if you dare.
10. LebPride "death to all Tunisians who--" Is right by you?
PETER SM ,   AUSTRALIA   (07.11.11)
Your kind of dermocracy.? Hezballa brothers killing Sunnis in Beirut or Damascus another example. Proud?
11. tunisian spring?
daniel mostrel ,   paris   (07.11.11)
as a tunisian born jew , i can tell that as long as there is no diplomatic ties with Israel i and my family will never travel to tunisia ; sad for tunisian tourism but they don't care hate of jews is more important than growth for these lunatics
12. Withering before flowering.
Lengualima ,   I   (07.11.11)
The fairy tale of the Arab spring is turning into a cold and stormy winter. They changed a dictatorship with all its flaws had some tolerance and economic freedoms. To fall in religious tyranny that will lead to the seventh century. Spring is withering before flowering.
13. #1 Graczek, as usual
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (07.11.11)
Doesn't have the courage to do anything himself, just sits back in Maryland encouraging others to get involved while he hides behind his computer Hey creature, when are you actually going to do something all by your lonesome ?
14. Solomon
LebanonPride ,   Canada   (07.11.11)
See though, #6 wasn't trying to prove anybody wrong. When you think somebody is wrong, you just say it with no proofs and usually an insult (see #7 which is your post, #10 and #13)... And that's another thing, living in the past. A lot of people bring up Arafat when talking about Palestinians and Abbas. Arafat is no more, bringing him up and past events like that are worthless when talking about the present and future. How do you expect to move forward with the Palestinians if you are stuck in the 1900's?
15. #10 lol
LebanonPride ,   Canada   (07.11.11)
Actually, I didn't say that. And I didn't even meantion Lebanon or Hezbollah in my post, so not sure where your getting any of that from. This is about a totally different country, just so you know. But tell me, what do YOU have to be proud of? I'm listening.
16. LEBANON'S SHAME
BENJABO ,   ISRAEL   (07.12.11)
I May 15, 1948 Israel War of Independence (1948 War). Declaration of Israel as the Jewish State; British leave Palestine; Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia declared war on Israel. Egyptian, Syrian and Jordanian invasion began. See 1948 Israel War of Independence (1948 Arab-Israeli war) Timeline (Chronology) and Israel War of Independence PLO IN LEBANON What did the PLO do in Lebanon? In 1969, in Cairo, the prime minister of Lebanon reached an agreement with the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) that effectively endorsed PLO freedom of action in Lebanon to recruit, arm, train, and employ fighters against Israel. This was the beginning of a disaster for the people of Lebanon. Fatah and other Palestinian Liberation Organization factions had long been active among the 400,000 Palestinian refugees in Lebanese camps. Through the 1960s the center for armed Palestinian activities had been in Jordan. Then, in 1970, after the PLO tried to destabilize Jordan and take over, King Hussein of Jordan decided to evict the bulk of the armed Palestinians in three weeks of bloody fighting in what the Palestinians call “Black September.” One of the major results was the forced migration of a large number of PLO fighters from Jordan to Lebanon. There they based their military and economic activities in the fertile environment of the refugee camps. Soon the Palestinians were well on their way to creating what the Lebanese called “a State within the State I suggest you learn a bit about your own pathetic history before you go about telling others what they should do It is no wonder Lebanon is in such a mess, with the likes of you stirring the pot with your ignorance

solomon ,   bklyn   (07.12.11)
#6 is showing you and others that while Tunisia et al is so strongly against Israel, there are many more real problems in the arab world that they ignore. Sorry it went over your head. Also: You are being disengenuous. You and others try to prove that the land is "Palestinian" since time immemorial, and when you can't, all of a sudden history doesn't matter?! If someone takes over your house on Wednesday, do you discuss splitting it between the two of you on Thursday? And make no mistake: The Jews are the owners, the arabs are the ones who broke in.
