1. So...
John ,   Herzliya, Israel   (07.12.11)
So, stupid European supporters of Arab "uprising", do you see now where it is heading?
2. "The attackers ordered the guards on duty to leave"
Tahl   (07.12.11)
Some "guards", all right.... If the Egyptians were serious about keeping the pipeline safe, they would have deployed REAL soldiers to guard it, not these jokers.
3. muslum brother raised an army already, not even elected.

4. " feedback" for Gazan natural gas bombers
moshe ,   Tivon   (07.12.11)
"feedback" for Gazan natural gas bombers . The electricity, water, and vehicle transportation that flows from Israel to Gaza will be controlled by electrical switches. These electrical switches derive power from electrical generators driven by the Egypt-Israel pipeline. Egypt-Israel pipeline intact: rhe electrical power station supplies the electrical switches, which turn ON water, etc, flows normally Egypt_Israel pipeline interrupted (exploded) the electrical power station goes OFFline water, etc, no longer flows. No Israeli intervention is required to turn OFF the switches...the terrorists turn OFF the switches. PS Transportation to Gaza is over a drawbridge that depends upon the electrical power. Interruption of the electrical power opens the drawbridge. moshe
5. WHAT'S REALLY UP????????????
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (07.12.11)
With the tourism industry reeling (12% of the total Egyptian economy) they decide to cut off another revenue stream, and hurt Jordan and their fellow Arabs in the process? Hatred has a way of cutting of your nose to spite your face type actions. The point is to make the Egyptian people suffer, not Israel. That way they can take the anger of the people and redirect at Israel. With 56 million people in that country they need them angry at the world. One of the way you do that is to hurt the economy, increase unemployment so the people suffer. As we all can see, they simply don't care if they hurt other Arabs in the process. So the fact that Jordan also suffers because of this, they don't care.
6. #2, Exactly
JB ,   Rehovot Israel   (07.12.11)
4 guys with guns can take out a pipeline now? And we're selling Egypt tanks? For what?
7. #1 if it is bad for Israel, it is bad for the world?

9. To #4 Very Astute Analysis
John ,   Alaska   (07.12.11)
Of course, the points your feedback addresses would only be considered by the terrorists if they cared about their fellow Arabs. Given that they knowingly cut off the gas line to Jordan, it is obvious that they do not.
10. To #7 and #8
John ,   Alaska   (07.12.11)
First, you asked: "#1 if it is bad for Israel, it is bad for the world?" Aside from the obvious answer (YES, hurting a country that contributes to the world economy does hurt the rest of the world), the terrorists interrupted the gas flow to Jordan, and without power, Israel is unable to send water and electricity to Gaza. Even if you discount Israel's considerable benefit to the world, you can't ignore directly hurting fellow Arabs. Or perhaps you can. Also, you clarified the Egyptian population. Thank you for that clarification. The Scriptures say of Israel, in a list of blessings: "And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword." This means that it would take 800 groups of 100 Israelites, 80K total, to put the entire population of Israel, men women and children, to flight. Israel does not advertise the number of its ground forces, but it is likely in excess of 80K. So if you're feeling froggy, you might not want to jump.
11. #7, #8
solomon ,   bklyn   (07.12.11)
#7- Yes, it is bad for the world. As no one cared in the 1930's, it will spread to the world this time as well. It already is happening in Europe. #8- And your point is...? Odds have been the same or worse since modern Israel was founded in 1948.
12. Peace treaty
Jackie ,   Florida   (07.12.11)
Obvioously, Egypt has no intention of abiding by the peace treaty signed with Israel. One of the provisions of that treaty was the turning over of the Sinai to Egypt. With the abrogation of that treaty, Israel should retake the Sinai with its gas wells and pipelines,. Then it can decide whether to ship gas to Jordan.
13. To the idiot Number 8
Mike ,   Houston, Texas   (07.12.11)
You showoff that Egypts population is 10x that of Israel?? You moron thats even more of a reason you should be ashamed that Israel destroyed you idiots in every single war. And you celebrate the fact these terrorists blew up this pipeline? Hey moron, no idiot wants to visit egypt right now, do you think incident is going to help your tourism or your economy? In the short while, sure, it may hurt Israel a little, but let me tell you a secret, Israel plans out these scenarios 10 years in advance. No wonder you animals are killing each other and blowing each other up in syria, iran, iraq, tunisia, yemen, bahrain, libya...please dont stop!
14. # 7 If it is bad for Israel
J.K. ,   Brooklyn USA   (07.12.11)
How good is it for Egypt ?.just spite,Israel is in the age supersonic jets, while Egypt is still in the age of the camel, remember the camel who charged into the crowd of demonstrators in tahrir square.
15. # 8 Egypt 80 million-Israel 8 million

Observer ! Quality versus quantity.
16. correction to my post #10
John ,   Alaska   (07.12.11)
Biblically, 80K Israelites are all that is needed to put the entire population of EGYPT to flight. That should have been obvious from the context, but I wanted to clarify my position.
