Keren ,   IL-BR   (07.14.11)
Even me,only the thought of returning to the land(not Austria) where my parents,grandparents...lived,grown up,studied, had their business, joined the local club, the local everything....only that thought makes my heart squeeze. But as these two guys,I will go back.I will go there one day to see ,from very near, part of my own past.Even if only for a very rapid ,very deep (and sad)moment...

My mother first went back in 1948 for a holiday. Always liked it "culturally" but was suspicious of everyone.
4. vienna is different today
celine woland ,   vienna   (07.15.11)
it was a very nice event hosted by the mayor of vienna and the austrian president heinz fischer whose wife happens to be half-jewish and born in exile. also the reactions in the public and the media. were very welcoming
5. # 4 i do not see how the media could be anyother
(07.19.11)
way. after all, this is a major jewish event for a country that has only 4-5000 jews left and leaving or dying daily. not much population left to criticize is there. now if there were a few million would you all havethe same media reaction? probably not
