So, a religion which followers say is a peace-relegion is actually threathening the world. Then the world should actually get together and remove the islamic threaths. And why don't they? To create real system to handle all threats, Israel needs to spend three times as much money(around $10 billion) 1) 11 additional Iron Dome systems and missile stash - One Billion $ 2) 4-5 Magic Wand systems - Two Billion $. 3) 3 Arrow III systems - Two Billion $. 4)300 Patriot III missiles to modernize patriot batteries - One Billion $. Total abound $6 Billion dollars in needed.

I thought there would be satelites in the sky shooting their destructable accurate lasers at the incoming intruders! All this is is the same Arrow Defense system depending upon radars....Old technology.....Yawn!

It is Important not to rely on defense plan focussing on one threat from one technology or one direction. Defense plan must be flexible enouigh to switch from different threats from different directions and locations incorporating a preemptive offensive plan if needs be.

I don't see anything (in this article at least) dealing with the problem of multiple dummy warheads that are disseminated upon exiting earth's atmosphere. There can be hundreds of "radar signatures" from these dummies to hide the single (or very few) warheads concealed among them. Such systems must have the ability to calculate the weights of the various dummies and warhead(s) based on their equal and opposite reaction to the expulsion forces from the main rocket (or some other means of differentiating warheads from a myriad of dummies). That probably means plotting and calculating the trajectory of each item ejected from the mother rocket--without missing a single warhead. Back in 1986, I presented a plan to IAI using intelligent computer systems to coordinate a squadron of pilotless fighter planes--which could coordinate infinitely faster and more deadly than any group of human pilots. They're just now waking up to the reality that these are well under development in other countries. We could have had them operational before now.
