This proves the level Israel's Supreme Court has. Any stupid complain is received, even a complain based on Tibi's desire that Israelis should cry the day of our independence. The truth is that the Nakba was not Israeli caused and between the Arab refusal of a state in 1948 and the Arab recommendation that Arabs leave Israel until after the war was their own mistake. Thanks for the clarification, and it makes sense. Our supreme courts gets all kinds of cases and many are simply refused. this si just the Arabs using democracy to hurt democracy. The funny thing is many Arabs when given a choice to live under Arab rule or Israeli rule choose Israeli. That speaks volumes. Just look at Gaza, see what sort of freedoms they have, none. Your killed for simply speaking or writing against the government. But in Israel they can speak against the government and it's tolerated. In Gaza your killed for singing at a wedding, nice.

The entire land of Israel belongs to Israel. This monkey should either 1- return to Jordan or, 2- go back to the cage in the zoo that keeps him.
