The palestinian prisoners are getting cellphones all the time and guards turn a blind eye to avoid creating friction and extra problems for themselves. If we can't trust the guards 100% to enforce the rules and we know the things get smuggled in then why not install cellphone jamming equipment. I am sure it would not be either difficult or expensive to install cellphone jamming equipent in israeli prisons its the only way to stop cellphone smuggling. This is not like smuggling in drugs, a cellphone can have serious repucussions outside the prison.
