The families in Migron heroically built homes there--with the thought of making Israel a safer place to live. They deserve every consideration.

You are right! Democracy is only truly democracy if it always leads to the outcome that I prefer. It would be crazy if a democracy or a system of law would lead to outcomes that I personally do not prefer. Come to think of it, it would be best if I can personally appoint and fire the judges, so that I will be certain that they act the way I want. Wouldn't it be cheaper to just pay out to whoever the land belongs to? The state helped build the community, and it looks like there is almost 50 homes there now, plus community center, school, etc. To relocate 50 families to another community is going to be many millions of dollars.
