My friend from Gaza works in this hotel and has sent me pictures. It rivals the best 5 stars I've seen in the US or Israel. You must have some really special hotels in Spain.

gaza has 5-star hotels, mega shopping malls, amazing exotic animals zoo....
and still depending on the Nanny US to solving the starving problem. while America has to rise the Debt ceiling, credit rating drop to AA+, now WHO is the poor ones here! and there are still beggars dying on the street of America during winter!
so Americans can stay "free-of-charge" in these 5 stars hotels?

This grand empty Hotel stands each and every day as a symbol to Gaza that Hamas are more interested to sanction a Hotel that no Gazan can afford - just for cynical political reasons - than build agriculture, industry, roads, hospitals and most importantly discard the perpetuation of the notion of Israels destruction and start to negotiate a peace with Israel

9. What, no belly dancers ?
All this luxury in Gaza, cutesy of America's largess ( broke? ), the EU, the UN, so that their " workers " in tailored suits, shiny limos have a place to rest after a hard day's work.
It's only a few billions $ (mostly stolen ) by arab potentates, tyrants, dictators, would be kings, and maybe for Assad a place to stay ?. Arab logic ; while the people live in abject poverty, the well-off continue their normal activities IE: donkeys, empty pools, no 'booze' (openly'), no bikinis, no pork chops. Modern, 21st
