2. The great ' puritains' the arab league.
Gordon   (08.07.11)
Those jerks at the arab league never express concern over their rockets being lobbed at Israel; except when retaliating, jewish weapons kill a few killers You are in the same league as a qadaffi a assad, a saddam. You remind me of this islamic clown this nazi piece of garbage, a would be " king of palestine" who, like most would be arab potentates, are nothing but civilization's rejects..
3. LOVE THE DOUBLE STANDARD

This has become the biggest joke and best example of a do nothing world with regards to Arab vs Arab violence. Again let's look at the remarks from other Arab groups: "Arab League Secretary-General Nabil Elaraby issued a statement expressing "growing concern and strong distress" "Growing concern and distress" So still NOT FULLY "concerned" but it is "growing", wonderful news to those being killed in the streets. The "Arab League" has finally made it opinion clear. I guess? "Growing concern", "distress", Hmmm still no "Outrage", No comparisons to "Nazi atrocities", No remarks about "oppression", "Disproportional force", and the many other adjectives commonly used against Israel. Remember the video about week and half ago? The one where an IDF soldier just pointed his rifle at the head of a Pal who was interfering in an arrest. That brought OUTRAGE from all the Arab writers around the world. Nobody was even hurt. There were over 150 posts many expressing all kinds of outrage and other silly comparisons. We won't see 20 posts about this, will we? You have to admit, it's laughable. Is the Arab League running to International Criminal Court, Heck No. Calls for as UN commission for War Crimes, Heck No. But we do have that famous, or infamous "Growing concern and distress". All I ask is that you remember this after the next defensive war Israel is forced into. Just Remember.
4. Sick of this
LebanonPride ,   Canada   (08.07.11)
I'm getting sick of hearing these groups (Arab League, EU, UN, countries) "concerns" about issues like this. Being "concerned" isn't going to stop Assad from continuing this massacre. Suggesting Assad to stop, when this "man" has already stated he is not doing anything wrong, is just stupid. In Assad's eyes, he's the good guy and these people are the evil ones. Talking to him won't end this massacre. And bombing civilians (NATO) won't help either.
5. No. 4, and you still deny that Assad murdered Hariri
Marco ,   Spain   (08.07.11)
You are no better Arab than any typical hypocritical Arab.
6. The nearest thing to say nothing is......
Nora Tel Aviv   (08.07.11)
....to express concern. And the nearest thing not to do something is...to do noooothing. The Arab Ligue is a catastrophe for the Arabs.
7. They will discuss...
Steve ,   USA   (08.07.11)
Soon the Arab League will vote on whether or not to discuss if there is 'concern' following their dramatic statement that they have 'growing concern' over what is happening in Syria. A vote on whether to discus this or not will be decided in their next scheduled meeting ...next spring...... Amazing organization and a pillar of pride for the Arab Peoples!
8. if its a "growing concern" when will they be concerned ?
