No, it is not apartheid. How can Israel "steal" what belongs to it to begin with? The ersatz "Palestinians" are interlopers, who come from the Hejaz in Western Arabia. The ones that live on the West Bank -- non-sovereign territory acquired by Israel in the course of fighting a DEFENSIVE war against Jordan and, therefore, Israel's to occupy, settle and even annex (that's coming) -- have no place in Israel and no right to live in our country and terrorize our civilians. I think there is a lot of confusion here. No Palestinian I know talks about apartheid in Israel. They talk about apartheid in Palestine ie areas occupied in 1967. Specifically the minority of Jews in the territories who have seperate laws, subsidized housing and water costs and live under civil law while the Palestinian majority live under Israeli military rule is where the aparthid exists. In Israel there might be other problems but the term is used only for the rule by minority of Jews in the West Bank against the majority of Palestinians

With the Arabs - whenever they accuse somebody of anything it is because that is exactly what they are doing. Take these moronic apartheid claims. We have no such laws - but EVERY single MUSLIM country practices apartheid. Where else are there laws that impose the death penalty for selling land to one group? Where else is immigration restricted to a single religion? Where else is the leader of the country required to be of a certain religion - oops there is England my bad. The list is endless. Then the claims of occupation - well that at least is true, just the identity of the occupiers is the opposite of the claims.
