well remarked! i fully agree with this talkback. it has to be said at last.
32. #1 & #3 -- Another Holocaust and the help is not coming.
Michael ,   California, USA   (08.11.11)
There are always reasons to deny help and always failures caused by one party or another. Also, there always are those who exploit the misery of others. Who should know it more than us? It takes a superior mind to see through this. Yes, magnanimity and altruism are not really part of many of us, definitely not evident in many of the comments here. I take Salma's comment over Sarah B's every time.
33. #23 Steve. the beauty of life
mary of Bethany ,   singapore   (08.11.11)
Sir. Jewish people are beautifully made special by G-D, chosen to be the light of the world. they have character that are built thru' of many generations of persecutions. Its human to hate & revenge when you are treated with injustice even threaten with death. but once a while you come across a diamond of a person who repay evil by good. (not to say that evil can be condone with, to go unpunished). But you see the beauty of forgiveness when it most undeserving. it simple the word: GRACE! it take divine Grace to forgive the sinner who kill your loved ones, and to resist not to kill your enemies' loved one. You hate the sin of Killing so much that you will not lower yourself to their depth to kill/sin in order to revenge. Yet you have no choice in order to defend your country, you are forced to fight back and as a result killed some of the enemies. Thus you are sadden by the deaths caused by what the enemies forced you to do. i say, this is the difference between animal and human. to forgive is DIVINE.
34. #24 Why Mohammed 'received' the kuran
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (08.11.11)
Firstly, the reason that I'm spelling kuran like this without a capital K is because this apologist chooses to do so. There is a good reason why the kuran was 'given'(mendacity) to a poor man rather to a rich mighty one.Mohammed had a fertile mind and could see that it could make HIM rich and great(elitism) if it took off....and he was right. In the interim, this man of peace financed himself by violently plundering other people's goods and property(volence). This custom continues to this very day. Medieval Arab culture has created the Mohameddan religion which is based on elitism, mendacity and violence. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
35. My#34 should have been addressed to #28
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (08.11.11)
Sorry,I didn't mean to talk to myself. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
36. To #7 Noa, I wish that was the case
John ,   Alaska   (08.11.11)
But the point of the article is that the world does not want to help. Christian agencies like World Vision and Samaritan's Purse do, the United States does, but Arab nations do not.
37. #33 Mary of Bethany - beautifully said!
John ,   Alaska   (08.13.11)
38. You supported your article poorly
Anna M ,   Los Angeles, CA   (08.19.11)
Please support your argument better, with something more than a tangential case as your proof, when you decide to attack so much more than you think about one of the world's largest and most powerful societies. You are just pushing further away those that you implicitly identify as your enemies.
39. Oxymorons galore.
Gabe ,   Canada   (04.10.12)
Arab Culture, Christian Science, Military Intelligence, etc.
