TO BROD, You're right about that - someone should give her advice and guidance. If she doesn't know that $1,300 for a 30 sq. metre apt is outrageous, she certainly needs the above. It sure doesn't take a Harvard degree to figure out that the rent on her father's apt in Ramat Gan is much lower, and that there are many other alternatives. Does she not speak to a soul, or communicate with anyone, in order to get the information that she is taking up residence in a very very high rent neighborhood? In addition, because of her address, and because she is only one person living there, and not a family, she doesn't qualify for any kind of aid at all. How could anyone in their right mind claim that Tel Aviv in 1994 is the same in 2011? Have you paid attention to the fact that there have been social justice demonstrations occuring for a month now, primarily about the sky high prices of rent throughout the country, not just in Tel Aviv. Prices have soared recently. They are night and day different from 17 years ago. You claim you met her once in '93 or '94, so you obviously don't have a clue why she moved back to the states. It has nothing to do with being a "celebrity." If she wanted to be a celebrity, she would have remained in Israel. I know why she left and you are so far off the mark of reality. Lots of spies or traitors will 'marry' for different reasons. As a fairly educated man such as yourself would understand. The point being that, though you may rail about US vis Israeli 'ally espionage', It does happen as you say, and the most important thing is to avoid capture. Hey Michal, you sound like you're jealous of her. What did you do to contribute to the State's security? Did you go to prison for years for Israel? Did you loose an American career, reputation and family for Israel? I doubt she walks the streets, as you wrote. The government should buy her a home like they would do for any other Israeli agent who works for the defense establishment, and gets thrown in jail. But she's a woman, so she'll never be treated the way a man would in a similiar situation.
