The more Jews who live in Judea and Samaria; the better. Massive Judea and Samaria building also makes it impossible for a hostile new terror state to emerge in the heart of our sole tiny Homeland. Which is a huge blessing. Massive Judea and Samaria building would quickly end Israel's housing problems. We could accomodate tens of thousands of Israelis within a few months in Judea and Samaria.
