1. THE TRUTH IS.....................
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (08.20.11)
The answer to Hamas and Egypt should be a resounding NO, to any and all offers from Hamas or Egypt. Israel should do whatever it needs to do to ensure the security of Israel, and the Israeli people. The Pals simply cannot be trusted to honor any agreement. They (the Pals) are proven liars and backstabbers. The proof is overwhelming, just go back to: 1) "Black September" when Arafat led a rebellion to kill the King of Jordan and seize power of that country. 2) Fast forward to Lebanon, where the Pals were forced to run from Jordan. The Pals took over Southern Lebanon and help contribute to the civil war and destruction of that country. Forcing Israel to move in just to stop the unrelenting attacks by the PLO from Southern Lebanon. Plus killed, raped and tortured Lebanese people by the hundreds 3) The Pal betrayal of the Kuwaiti's. Having been hired by the Kuwaiti's to work on the Oil rigs, maids, and other menial jobs. When Saddam invaded, it was the Pal workers that led Saddam;s forces to all critical areas, to help defeat the Kuwaitis much quicker. After the War the Kuwaiti's expelled all Pals from the country and some say say killed, raped and expelled up to 150,000 Pals. So the idea that anybody should trust these liars, traitors and murderer's is a joke. Even now they (the Pals) having backed the Syrian murder of over 2000 of their fellow brothers are thinking how they can now betray Syria. You can trust these guys, I wouldn't trust them to clean dog crap
2. I hope it's not true. Hamas needs another strong lesson!

3. Only One Sure Cure
Marcel ,   Florida   (08.20.11)
Egypt is part of the problem ,not the cure.they will protect Hamas. DEFEAT HAMAS TOTALLY,COMPLETELY,but to do this you have to dump the loser Ehud Barak and his partner the Orator.
4. Prudent
Adam Neira ,   Melb, Australia   (08.20.11)
This is prudent by Israel. If the Egyptians can help mitigate the violence and stop the downward spiral into a vortex good luck to them. The real breakthrough would be if direct lines of communication existed between Hamas and the State of Israel. The mutual non-recognition days are over.
5. Ties to Egypt
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (08.20.11)
The Israeli ministry needs to get its act together this is sloppy, rearend action with ballslapping against the back of it. Jizz a big load in there, diagonally across the face of it and watch it slide down the side. Now thats what I'm tawkin about!
6. the Judenrat is negotiating
Ruri   (08.20.11)
Barak loves to negotiate with terrorists, although he has no negotiation skills, nor any skills whatsoever.
7. Sarah B Bad
(08.20.11)
Your terminology surpises me..Sarah Be Good. I wonder how Israel feels as the only adult nation among juviniles. Sometimes you just have to punish them.Liquify Gaza. and posses it. End of that problem
8. 5
Gil ,   Tel Aviv   (08.20.11)
Yuck! That is absolutely disgusting. How ccould you??
9. Egypt's immediate condemnation and abrupt recall..
William ,   Israel   (08.20.11)
can only mean one thing... Egypt is guilty and is trying to cover their inept abilities by blaming Israel. They've actually done this several times this year already when they tried to deflect their inability to keep Egyptians and Israelis safe from terror inside Egypt.
10. Use the Lebanon 2006 model...
William ,   Israel   (08.20.11)
as talks about a cease-fire ramp up, Israel should escalate their attacks on the terror infrastructure and use this opportunity to really nail rocket warehouses, PRC and IJ leaders, and hit a few Hamas leaders just so the understand Israel's resolve. Then we can expect lots of hateful rhetoric afterwards but relative peace as we do on the Northern border.
11. #4 - Egypt needs to save face because it is inept
William ,   Israel   (08.20.11)
so if it can broker a cease-fire it can deflect attention on Egypt's complicity in Sinai-based terror.
12. #7 your not fooling anyone . what's the matter your jealous
rachel ,   usa   (08.20.11)

14. Real poor Sarah fake on #5
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (08.20.11)
Egypt is responsible for the Sinai and they have allowed this to go on. My message to Egypt - too late. We will not tolerate any more terrorism.
15. God bless Israel
