61. Not All of Us
Steve ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (08.24.11)
Fortunately some of us recognized the good of Bush and the bad of Obama from the start. The naive, PC, blinded by Harvard crowd (Bush went to Yale) was lost in liberal think land.
62. #4 way oversold
Ilan ,   Ariel   (08.24.11)
While I think it is clear that Obama has put practicality aside in favor of ideologically favored positions that doesn't make him a Hitler or a Mussolini. That sort of excess is really an injustice.
63. Obama worst president
Sandra ,   Bremerton USA   (08.24.11)
Actually the "peace and fraternity" Obama promises is for middle eastern countries that hold to his philosophy. Those that permit Sharia Law and will help push it across all of the world. Obama is doing what he set out to do. Only the U.S. people thought it was for them. It wasn't, and isn't. Maybe people will begin to understand just who Obama truly is?
64. Obama
Ruven ,   new york city usa   (08.24.11)
Obama is not what I hoped he would be but Bush brought darkness and financial disaster to the United States. In my view, he was a horrible president. He came into office with a solid country and left it a mess.
65. Eric, Bush tried repeatedly
sak ,   Washington, DC   (08.24.11)
along w/ McCain to get Congress to rein in Fannie and Freddie. Plenty of tap of Maxine Waters and Barney Frank of the Progressive wing of congress saying all way well. Even though the WH had congress until the 2006 election, they didn't have the support... and after the Dems took over when even the blind could see the GSE's were a nightmare, they didn't have the clout. To make matters worse, the D's put in an up tick rule, instilled mark to market and upped the minimum wage.... whilst spending like they won the lottery. Look at gov't spending and unemployment. You'll see a common denominator.
66. Bush was horrible, but at least I had no
H ,   US   (08.24.11)
expectations of him. I DID vote for Obama, hoping he translates his ideological fervor into actions. I'm SO disappointed! He did NOTHING NOTHING for us, the American ppl, nor did he set an example to the those who were seeking a good one. He inspired many while on his campaign trail but disappointed many afterwards. We need JOBS, we need the banks to return the "ransom" money they were given to start things going again, we need to know there is hope...and that being America's ally means what it used to mean !
67. Be careful what you wish for....
shlomo ,   USA   (08.24.11)
...you just might get it. GW was a brainless idiot that bankrupted the US economy, started two wars for no reason but supposed WMDs, got thousands of brave young American's killed, AND destroyed the best defense Israel had against Iran...Saddam Hussein. Saddam was so corrupt we could have paid him to attack Iran. He was the buffer that is now gone and the power vacuum has been taken by Iran. In world affairs as in nature there is a delicate balance. Removal of a convenient dictator is equivalent to killing off a species and upsetting that balance. GW made the world a much more dangerous place by not thinking before he acted. We and our children will suffer his mistakes for decades, if not longer.
68. Israel and Beck
Yonatan ,   USA   (08.24.11)
The author of this article sounds very much like the conservative republicans in the US. Somehow rightwing trashtalk sounds better in Israel. Glenn Beck is currently in Israel and amazingly he seems like a logical smart Israel supporter. Glenn Beck is crazy but in Israel he is making sense... Everybody, pls wake up. The world is changing every year. Obama is moving foreward crossing age old bounderies. Mr. Walt, using President Obama's middle name is a cheapshot that shows your agenda.
69. Bush and Fannie and Freddie
stacey ,   Chattanooga, USA   (08.24.11)
Bush did try to investigate and stop the F&F scam but Congress, which was Dem ruled and supporters of F&F, stopped him. Look up Barney Franks comment about how everything was fine at F&F just before it all came crashing down and caused our housing mess, Mcmansions on Mcdonalds salaries. If Americans had taken the time to just read a fraction of what Obama's history entailed, not only his mentors but lack of real leadership then they might have made a different choice, but I think so many were just wanting to blindly follow empty words. God help us all if this man is elected again, I am not sure how America will fare.
70. before obama got elected
gdfathermax ,   tel aviv israel   (08.24.11)
i predicted to all that he would be an unmitigated disaster to both the usa and israel.
71. Just look at the polls.
Terry ,   Eilat - Israel   (08.24.11)
Most Americans think Obama is doing a lousy job. Both Rasmussen & Gallup show him going down the tubes. Obama is the Titanic of American politics, he hit the iceburg of reality & he's going down. What do the numbers show? A new low of only 38% approval. Rasmussen has him at minus 26% (-26%) in their index. Strongly Approve = 19% Strongly Disapprove = 45% Other polls show that FOUR of the Republican potential candidate would tie Obama if an election would take place today. Actually, Romney would win by 2-3%. And, the campaign hasn't even started yet. So, for the die-hard Obama supporters, it looks like you're a minority opinion.
72. #56, as usual lefty forced to lie
Danny   (08.24.11)
Bush never said he was lying about WMDs and virtually everybody thought Saddam still had them including the UN inspectors and saddams own generals. When did Bush make "billions"?
73. Is the Left finally running out of meth?
Paqid Yirmeyahu ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (08.24.11)
74. wow, what an analysis ....and sadly SPOT ON!
tiki ,   belgium   (08.24.11)
75. You asked for it, you got it.
Albrecht Klein ,   Germany   (08.24.11)
76. #1 Perfectly true.
macktheknife   (08.24.11)
America has a very evil man sitting on the throne at the White House. Don't tell me there are still some idiots who would vote him back in for another 4 years? America has (I hope) learned a very hard lesson. Just keep your eyes on the ball. Obama, the evil, is far from finished with the peaceful USA! And he won't be satisfied until America is completely finished. Somehow I knew that this vacation he was taking was for peace and quiet to sit down quietly and plan his next strike on the USA.
77. #6 Who is Harrison J Bounel ???
24 August 2011   (08.24.11)
78. Carter was bad but Obama is even worse .
Trumpeldor   (08.24.11)
Spot on .
79. You said it all # 57
Moragh aust.   (08.24.11)
I'll go along with every word you write!
80. Proud to say I wrote what devastation he'd cause after election to POTUS
Alan ,   SA   (08.24.11)
81. Propaganda for the US 2012 Election
Zad ,   Manzini, Swaziland   (08.24.11)
I agree that Obama made some strategic mistakes as far as foreign policy is concerned (by the way who doesn't ) but the writer of this article is obviously biased. It looks like this guy is republican in mind or maybe he has been hired by sarah Palin and Tea Party Camp to crucify obam in the media. As for bush he was supposed to ahve attacked Iran not iraq.
82. Why not a Lady President
Moragh aust.   (08.24.11)
for the White House 2010. Michelle Bachman would get my vote. To date the USA hasn't had a decent President since Ronald Reagan. it's a load of bullshit that has sat in the White House since Ronald Reagn passed on. Think good and hard America about putting in another nincompoop. Presidents since Ronald Reagan have been no more leaders since R. Reagan took office. A great pity for America that Mr. Reagan is now gone. He was a fine man! Let's get a decent woman in Office. A woman is not afraid to tell the enemy where to get off! She knows where the next bus-stop is! Let's hear all the boys screaming now.
83. Give me a 'cowboy' any day of the week.....
Adina kutnicki, ,   Israel   (08.24.11)
over an effete, socialist, Marxist, Islamist loving POTUS and all else in between! He is MORE than a disaster.Obama has wrecked havoc on the entire globe. It is not out of ignorance, it is by design. The 'transformation' of the US into a third world power has always been his goal.Hence, by eviscerating the sole superpower in the world Obama rearranged the decks. The world will never recover from his treachery. He must be deposed-NOW!!
84. Obama said he was ashamed of America!!
Rebecca ,   Modiin   (08.24.11)
How could they vote for someone who was ashamed of the country he wanted to be president of?
85. haha
Leo ,   Germany   (08.24.11)
I like how the author of the article seems to want to sweep the whole war in Iraq under the rug. He can't avoid mentioning it, of course since Iraq is in the Middle East, but cannot bring himself to state the obvious fact that Bush suckered the US into an illegal, immoral war of aggression causing the deaths of 100,000-2 million innocent people all over lies about weapons of mass destruction. This alone makes Bush worse than Obama.
86. Obama and NATO, the new terrorists in the neighborhood
Andy ,   thousand oaks, calif   (08.24.11)
The new Three Stooge terrorists, Obama, NATO, and al qaeda team up to terrorize the world
87. Americans should listen to the rantings of a foreigner?
seadog1946 ,   Arthur Kill, NJ   (08.24.11)
88. You are so correct!
Steve ,   USA   (08.24.11)
It's a nightmare for us too. He does not represent the people only his ideals. We can't get him out soon enough. There are so many reasons to impeach him but with who controls Congress it won't go very far. I apologize for our country's ignorance in putting this zealot in power.
89. He has single-handedly ....
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (08.24.11)
started four wars and allowed five to break out .... They'll probably award him another Nobel Peace Prize. Internationally, Obama is a running joke. Most heads of state will no longer entertain him in their bathrooms.
90. Keep Sticking Thumb in USA Eye
American Jew ,   New Jersey, USA   (08.24.11)
while even Obama generously directs more US resources towards the benefit of Israel than any other foreign country, and no doubt USA behaviours will naturally change ... not smart or rational, eh? It is still likely that Obama will soon be reelected with fewer political shackles ... even GOP Wiz Karl Rove trashes every current GOP nominee. The GOP is already the minority party after a decade of rule that even poll majorities agree caused our economic, military, diplomatic and other US disasters. Be smart!
