When future historians look back at the decisions the Jewish people made in the early twenty-first century, they will record Sobol as the wiser man than Netanyahu. Let's hope that they will note that the rest of the Jews were smart enough to reject Netanyahu's intransigence and short-term view, and embrace Sobol's brave, forward-looking vision.
