1) Hamas will ask for , what they know, Israel has to refuse.
2) Israel will make a reasonable (not in my view) counter offer, to release roughly 1,000 Pal prisoner's.
3) Hamas will refuse the offer, blame Israel for the failure of the talks, and accuse Israel of not dealing in "good faith".
Then it will come again in about a month.
