1. LOL which resolutions/laws broke Israel all the time?
Atomino   (09.06.11)
As always double standards. And when Israel allows controls of the IAEO in Dimona and will sign the NPT? Crying for international laws by Israel government is the best joke of the week.
2. To n°1, Antomino
Marcela Araújo ,   Brazil   (09.06.11)
... That were not published... :) Thank God, I have good friend editor... :D (It´s was a good joke... ). Israel is not breaking any international law... :)
3. To n°1, Antomino
Marcela Araújo ,   Brazil   (09.06.11)
My mistaske... That were published... But, there is no problem. Israel is not breaking any international law, Israel has no reason to worry about it... :)
4. Atomino - the difference between violating and never signing
Eric ,   Tel Aviv & NY   (09.06.11)
Atomino - You need to understand the difference between violating an agreement and never signing one. Turkey signed the Israel Free Trade Treaty and signed to obey the rules of the WTO - thus breaking them constitutes a legal breach that can be dealt with. Israel never signed the NPT and thus has never been in violation of it nor is it bound to any conditions of it (unlike Iran that signed and then violated it on multiple occasions).
5. Atomino #1 not one legal one
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (09.06.11)
Since we are not members of the NPT we don't have to anything. What about North Korea, Pakistan, or even India? They are not members either, but why only us? Your whine is that we refuse to follow illegal resolutions. How about some real international laws - like say that Judea, Gaza and Samaria are ours legally and that the Arabs have NO legal claim. Care to dispute that? You are a joke because you wouldn't know an international law if it bit you because you are a racist moron.
6. Who needs Turkey?
shlomo ,   USA   (09.06.11)
Trade with India instead. They are a far more reliable trading partner for defense goods.
7. WHAT IS BETTER THAN A JEWISH ACCOUNTANT?
JEWISH DOCTOR! ,   ATLANTA GA USA   (09.06.11)
A JEWISH LAWYER!
8. There's no law that Israel must join the NPT
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, DC USA   (09.06.11)
Neither India nor Pakistan are members of NPT. Both Syria and Iran *are*, which is why they can be held accountable for violating their obligations. Nice try, Atomino.
9. Israel & NPT
Dan ,   USA   (09.06.11)
Since Israel never signed the NPT, how could you use it as an example of Israel breaking the law? That doesn't make sense...
10. FREE KURDISTAN !!!!

What a pathetic article, when ynet will stop interviewing and giving a tribune to plain 'tards like that anonymous state official or that attorney it will maybe start to be something worthier than toilet paper...
13. Like daffy says:
(09.06.11)
SUE!! SUE!!
14. #1 Look, do we need to explain this all the time?
Roman ,   Lod, Israel   (09.06.11)
Israel is not a signatory of the NPT. Ergo, the UN nuclear watchdog's authority doesn't apply to it. That's how mutual international treaties *work*. Turkey is a signatory into one treaty that forbids cessation of trade with Israel on political grounds, and is a part of an organization that explicitly demands free trade among the member countries as a binding agreement. Those are things Turkey *signed*, and thus they actually do apply to it. Again, see above about international treaties. Unlike how some would like to see it, the UN is not the world government. It has no authority over countries beyond that which said countries give to it.
15. Israel has the right to sue Turkey on so many issues
William ,   Israel   (09.06.11)
Most of which lead up to and include the IHH flotilla, which the Palmer Report underscores with evidence.
16. #1 - you should answer this question you posed
William ,   Israel   (09.06.11)
Resolutions are not laws. And these (UN) resolutions usually point to two parties to take action. Every resolution which Israel has agreed to, like UNR181, 194, 1701, etc. Arabs have rejected outright, even after signing. That makes the resolution dead and Israel absolved of any obligation. Who cares if Israel signs the NPT or not? What difference will that make? Israel has already shown themselves to be very trustworthy with the weapons it has and, whether they actually have nukes or not, have never even considered using them during moments of existential threat. Conversely, Iran doesn't even have them yet and has already threatened EU capitals (by Commander of IRG). If you're unsure of the intl laws you claim Israel has violated, I invite you to Google the many lawsuits that were brought against Israel for violation of said Intl Laws, and that were subsequently dismissed because of lack of evidence or no basis to the claim. That should keep you busy while the adults speak.
17. Would you ?
Joel ,   Los Angeles, USA   (09.06.11)
Looking at the photos of Shaath & Davutugla would you buy a used car from them??.
18. Sigh
Nat Green ,   San Diego, US   (09.06.11)
Let Israel stand or fall on it's own. The US needs to treat all the conflict countries equally and stop supporting one over the others. Israel is just as terrorist as their enemies.
19. Which is it?
Israeli 2   (09.06.11)
GONG! GONE or GOG for Turkey? All of it??? Really??? WOW!!
20. Mr. Erdogan
Geekay ,   Canada   (09.06.11)
Mr. Erdogan will end up busting a main artery. He is so totally consumed by this anti-Israel B.S., that some of his coleagues should remind him that he has a country to run. Eas e up Mr. E. or you'll end up with a heart attack (p.g.).
21. Can (will) Turkey sue Israel?
Petteri ,   Finland   (09.07.11)
Israeli politicians have urged Israelis and Jews to boycott Turkey and Turkish products. With same reasons Turkey can sue Israel.
22. Isreal
turkic voice ,   sydney   (09.06.11)
hahah how funny you want to sue turks for this. what is wrong, you can not smell the money ??? Free Palistime Free Gaza Give back the Guland heights. stop suppressing people with your medieval sieges. Israel has the legal right to apologize for the Gaza flotilla attack. sorry but you have been left alone again.
23. Israel has signed but not yet ratified the CTBT

24. to No:6
Jeff ,   USA   (09.06.11)
if so, why is your government started crying ? Who wants israeli junk ?
25. Erdogan - Jihadi in a suit
Nathan Rai ,   Bangalore   (09.07.11)
Erdogan is a greater threat to the world than Hamas. Hamas is recognised for what it is. Erdogan in a business suit , is a jihadi doing his job as a spy for the jihadis. Erdogan should be recognised for what he is, a governor of a province of Iran. Turkey has not recognised it yet. Neither has Israel for that matter. G-d save us all.
26. #1
Iranian Jew ,   LA   (09.07.11)
#4 answered you pretty nicely. Education is important, son. Get some and then get back to us when you are ready.
27. #22 Let's do this to gether, shall we?
Iranian Jew ,   LA   (09.07.11)
You pay back to Armenians and Cypriots and Greeks and then we'll follow you. Your country seems to like our money too. You like our money, but you don't like our politics. Guess what? Us too like your money and don't liek your politics. I stay out of your politics while you stay out of mine. Do you understand this concept? Turkey will loose in teh court too. Remember, Jews are pretty good lawyers. Enjoy Sydney!
28. To #12
Sasha ,   USA   (09.07.11)
Jeff, your sellphone has a lot of Israely parts. Trough it as it is junk
29. Shakespeare said it best:
Stephen in New York   (09.07.11)
A lot of sound and fury signifying nothing.
30. Laws don't apply to Islamic states
Steve from Raleigh   (09.07.11)
They never have and they never will. They themselves admit no law but Koran and Sharia and even that, if it conflicts with their need to exterminate any other people, it's conveniently ignored.
