All it takes is for enough people to stay home or for a small dip in support in one swing state to sway an entire election.

8. Nasty stuff
StevieT ,   USA   (09.17.11)
The Rep. party bears no resemblence to the GOP of the past. Not that they ever were an empathetic group, but given the influence of the Tea Party, this could be the meanest and most coldhearted collection of people in America. Joining up with this riff raff is not an option for clear minded and forward looking folks, but that won't stop the rest of them.
9. #7 Steve- What about ISLAMO FACISM
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (09.17.11)
You're 1400 years behind the times, you're still living in Mohammeds time
10. Embrace those that love you.
Pasquinel ,   Canada   (09.17.11)
That would not be those that throw you under the bus. People love Jerusalem, Israel and G_D'S chosen people because of Him. Therefore we love what G_D loves ask Him to protect His people." Dear Heavenly Father, I pray for the peace of Jerusalem and Your people. I know not a hair will fall from their head unless You allow it., Protect them for Your Name sake. May her enemies be scattered, and I thank You for life. In Your Name I beseech You. Amen."
11. reuters- "republicans take aim...."

The Lib's,Blacks ,the many leftwing Jews and malcontents, all deserve what we are reaping now.....In thirteen months that will all change.
14. #7 Steve
Steven ,   New York, USA   (09.17.11)
Actually Zionism dates back to the Babylonian exile, approximately 2,600 years ago. Sorry, we're still here.
15. #8 The Tea Party means business
Cynthia ,   USA   (09.17.11)
Straightforward, hardworking and determined to make change is what scares you Stevie. Bet you've never attended a Tea Party meeting. You want status quo even if it's destroying the US. When something's not working, fix it and that's what the Tea Party stands for. The Democratic Party bears no resemblence to the past which is why I switched parties.
16. Perry will be the most pro Israel president in history
Gershon   (09.17.11)
1. Perry trained with IDF pilots while a young Captain in the US Air Force. 2. In the early 90's as Agricultural Commissioner, Perry created the Texas-Israel Exchange to share scientific know-how and to improve trade and business ties between Texas and Israel. He visited Israel for the first time in 1993. 3. In 2007 Perry created the Texas-Israel Chamber of Commerce, received the Friend of Zion award from PM Olmert and had Texas companies divest from Iran and Sudan. 4. On top of Texas-Israel trade boosting Israel's economy by millions of dollars each year, the Texas Treasury has $20 million invested in Israel Bonds. 5. In 2009 Perry received the Defender of Jerusalem award for demonstrating support and commitment to the state of Israel and its capitol. While in Israel, Perry visited Sderot where he stated his support for the Jewish state and said, "I'm a big believer that this country was given to the people of Israel a long time ago by God, and that's ordained." 6. In June 2011 in response to a request for his assistance by Shurat HaDin, Perry asked the US Attorney General "to take immediate steps to investigate...and bring justice" to Americans "found to be in violation of U.S. law by their participation" in the flotilla to break Israel's blockade on Gaza. The Israeli Consulate in Texas thanked Governor Perry for his involvement. 7. Perry was speaker at a Houston prayer rally. The event included a prayer for the state of Israel. 8. Perry is the first person ever to mention Israel in a declaration of candidacy for President. He said, "Our president has insulted our friends and he has encouraged our enemies, thumbing his nose at traditional allies like Israel. He seeks to dictate new borders for the Middle East and the oldest democracy there, Israel, while he is an abject failure in his constitutional duty to protect our borders in the United States." Later Perry said that if he becomes president, Israel "will know that we will be there day in and day out." 9. Perry is the GOP frontrunner for a reason: he is a 3-term governor, head of the Republican Governors Association, and his state leads the country in job creation. Companies, doctors and people looking for work - are all moving to Texas. 10. Many Jews are concerned about the anti-business climate created by the Obama administration. JEWS WILL VOTE FOR PERRY BECAUSE OF HIS SUPERB RECORD OF SUPPORT FOR BUSINESS AND FOR ISRAEL.
17. This Jew never voted for Obama
ezra ,   San Diego   (09.18.11)
And those who did vote for obama have some very strange lifestyles. Our next president will be Perry? Nope. Mitt Romney will probably be elected. As an evangelical Christian Perry will defend Israel; not really knowing why, but daring not to cross the line on his religious beliefs. Romney also has his own radical belief group who wish to support israel for the sake of converting them to christianity. Remember, the U.S. is not Israel; they have their own christian cultural evolution going on .
18. Ron Paul 2 win
Kai Weller ,   USA   (09.18.11)
Not Christian psychopath Perry
19. #18 Kia - Ron Paul it's 1939
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (09.18.11)
when America considered itself to be a "Fortress", that delusion came to an end at the start of WW2 Paul doesn't have a chance of a snoball in a cooking pot of hot water
20. given the demographics, no surprise
Aaron Kuperman ,   Baltimore, USA   (09.19.11)
Orthodox Jews are rapidly growing and have been rapidly increasing numbers for the last two generations, both through increased "baalei tseuvah" and especially through high fertility. Non-orthodox Jews have tiny families. Given the Democrats strong support for abortion and gay rights, increasing indifference to Israel, and a failed economic policy, it isn't surprising that Orthodox Jews are voting Republican in national elections, and that is now showing up even in local ones. On top of that, man non-Orthodox Jews aren't so thrilled with the Democrats for other reasons. So what's the surprise in all this.
