1. It's a shame that America doesn't break...
Chris.B ,   Australia   (09.18.11)
free of its Zionist masters foreign policy chains and vote for a Palestinian state. This would have a profound impact on the US's image in the region and save it from total expulsion. Palestinians having their own state is inevitable.Instead of fighting it Israel should come to terms and be part of the solution for once. The will of the people can't be stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. BRING it ON!!!
Persian CAT   (09.18.11)
Natanyahu is going to drain the last drops of goodwill out of the international community with his thuggish behavior. Let him "attack" the Palestinians all he wants...the more the better. After all isn't that what the Zionists have been doing since the creation of Israel? So what else is new?!

I will take 3% of your home...the 3% cutting right down the middle of your home. But since its "only" 3%, it shouldn't bother you too much.

Come on George, be honest! I have no idea where these so-called palestinians came from or where they are heading. All I know is that they are a bunch of filthy liars and thieving land-grabbers. Arabs are well known to be thieves and in that sense I have some personal experience with the low-class personality they were born with. They are a filthy race of people and the world would be a so-much-better-place if they would disappear. I simply fail to understand why G-D would ever want them to be around causing endless strife to the rest of the world. Give muslems their own country somewhere on the dark side of the moon.... PLEASE!

graczek ,   Maryland, USA   (09.18.11)
Actually, it is unrealistic to expect the US to vote FOR the Palestinian state in the Security Council. But if the US really wants to do what is right for the Palestinians and against the Zionists, we should ABSTAIN. This would have the same effect as a FOR vote and do President Obama a world of good domestically.
19. It's all in the manner that it's created for the product.
Jerusalem   (09.18.11)
Your analogy is like putting all the ingredients of a cake together in no order, with no consideration of timing, temperature, consistency or measurement. It still doesn't fit the intended way of "in a prescribed manner, way or order" of the recipe. Both "country/states" should not be forced to clash together just like this. Offerings of negotiations have been expressed without any progress. From the 10 month moritorium on the building of settlements to the latest refusal of the offer of the Israeli government to sit down with the Palestinians and discuss every point of this controversy and the time in between. In spite of incidenences with some of the extremist settlers that needs to be resolved and other issues of this occupation, the flip-side to a total sovernity without chances for appropriate understandings to be reached would not be conducive to the eventual outcome destined for this land. The Palestinians are being less than fair in their demands ( e.g.- no Jews in Palestine). Hamas and Fatah are not even in agreement. Hamas is not even in favor of the Saudi Peace Initiative. Claims of future generations claims to land are diluted by abhorring behaviour of people said to be representing these people with said claims to land. People aren't even following the ways or the laws of the faiths that they claim much less the penalties or a version of them. Law's needs to be in force by the laws of the land and they are not. Shared areas of interest would be the law, land management, population, status of livlihoods and the general welfare of the people. There's no doubt by the supporters of the Palestinians that this issue is seen and recognized, even by voices expressing the sentiments of the USA of supporting this effort but not in this fashion. It would be preferred that the USA not find themselves in a minority of those countries participating in a vote for the Palestinian effort for statehood at this time. If they should, so be it. Jews, Christians and Muslims speak of one God and the efforts being made are to bring this saga to an end in a just and fair way.
20. US Diplomacy, Palestine and Israel
Robert ,   Maryland, USA   (09.18.11)
The Bible clearly states that who ever Blesses Israel - God will Bless. Who ever curses Israel - God will curse. You can also follow that thought to read "Who ever votes for and stands up for Israel - God will Bless. Who ever votes against Israel and stands against Israel - God will curse." The problems in these Muslim nations that want to wipe Israel out of existence are obvious. They are haters, they are living cursed lives, they are on the path to hell. WHY? Because they are living under the curse. They are so blind (the blind leading the blind) they have no sense of direction. When Egypt came along side Israel...they started to prosper (and this upset the other Muslim nations in the area - because they are blind and cannot see why Egypt started to prosper). May the Lord Jesus Christ forgive the people of these nations that oppose Israel. May the Lord Jesus Christ forgive the US for even entertaining the thought of allowing the Palestinians to take over Jerusalem. May the Lord forgive the President of the US for even discussing this possibility with the Muslims. May God forgive the President of the US for promoting Islam and turning his back on Christians and Jews. May the Lord strike His hand against all who follow this path, including the President and those in Congress who lift up these policies - remove them from office Lord and turn back these ungodly policies.

You are correct in saying that the settlements account for 3% of land in the West Bank. However you fail to point out that the IDF deems it necessary to occupy 60% of the West Bank territory to provide adequate security to the settlers. If it comes to point where land swaps are being discussed what 60% of Israel pre 67 would you propose giving to the Palestinians in return.
23. FINALLY
Denisa Romero ,   NY   (09.20.11)
Palestinians are the suppressed people. They deserve it now more than ever. The world is supporting them. Bravo Turkey for standing up and bravo to those nations that can't take this occupation and mistreatment of the Palestinians anymore.
