Perhaps you dont remember that "Palestine" (Technically Syria Palestina) was a name that the Roman emperor Hadrian gave to the area of Judea (you could pronounce it "Jew-dia") and Samaria. Then, you do what Israel did when East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights were annexed: Give the residents permanent residency with an option of citizenship if they swear loyalty to Israel and renounce other citizenships. Israel might also have to consider raising the voter threshold to something like 8% so that the Palestinians won't be able to vote in too many treasonous Arab MKs.
