Of course Palestinian Statehood is good for Palestinians, good for Israelis and good for the region But this requires EFFORT. To put away decades of prejudice, hatred, violence and mistrust needs a monumental effort. And we demand NOTHING LESS And the EXAMPLE needs to come from the leadership on both sides (Lieberman and Erekat Note). Ever heard of the term quiet diplomacy? We need them to bang their proverbial heads together and knock out a Step by Step solution. The operative word is TOGETHER. After all we are NEIGHBOURS and we better get to learn to act like NEIGHBOURS And we cant forever hide under the carpet the massive DAILY cooperatioin that already exists between Israel and East Palestine lest it offends the delicate ears of the pariahs Haniyeh and Pretty Boy Mashaal. We need to show the Palestinians and Israelis and even more to a skeptical press just what goes on silently behind the scenes already and get everybody of goodwill on board to acheive our end. Statehood and Nationhood for East Palestine on the West Bank and Peace and Security for Israel STARTING NOW!!!!

Israel will decide your fate and not any paper solution that Abbas will attain from the UN.

Let me enlighten you. The Arabs have started -- and lost -- six wars against Israel. The ersatz "Palestinians" have engaged in seven decades of unremitting terror against Jews both in Israel and in the Diaspora. Italy, I remind you, lost one war, and lost Istria as a result. We're not selfish. We just happened to have emerged victorious, which means we get to call the shots. Did you know that the ersatz "Palestinians" -- they co-opted that identity from the Jews, by the way -- have rejected no less than three opportunities for a two-state solution? Including, most recently, an offer which would have awarded them 90 percent of the West Bank and East Jerusalem as a capital. They rejected it, and opted to start the second intifada instead. Not the best of all possible decisions, but why should Israel pay the price for bad ersatz "Palestinian" choices? They are not interested in co-existing with Israel; they want to supplant Israel. The thirty-odd organizations which each purport to be the sole true representative of the ersatz "Palestinian" people have one thing in common: their charters all call for the destruction of the State of Israel and the extermination and/or expulsion of the Jews. Still don't understand? Boy, are you ever dumb.

This is scaring Israel: A- Abbas has said 1. They will not give up on their demands even after a treaty is signed. [!?] 2. They will not recognize Israel as a Jewish state [yet will make "Palestine" judenrien] 3. They will not stop teaching their children to kill Jews [even though they promised in the Oslo accords to change their kids' education]. B- Israel left the Gaza strip and much of the WB (remember?). What they got in return was suicide bombers, rockets, mortars, bus bombs...murder. Not to mention Hezbollah. C- Israel has made many proposals. All the arabs do is say "no", with no counter proposals. They want what they want, not one cm. less. This is not negotiation. D- The arabs have shown that they want the total destruction of Israel (see above). THAT is what is scaring Israel. What a selfish lot the arabs are. Don't dream so much but look at reality.
37. Palestine State=peace?

What a stupidity! It's just another war stance.

The pals have a state it's called Jordan where half the populace is pals. They have a problem with settlers... In tel aviv. Israel is 1/600th the size of the Arab world and one of the only places pals have citizenship. 1 million of them. Walls go up to keep terror out, and it worked. See if lebanon or syria gives pals citizenship. During the 3 mass invasions of israel in its first 20 years the arab battle cry was slaughter the jews! Better to have bad press than a good eulogy. The Jews will never not fight back against extermination again.
