Israel beat you time and time again. You don't get to dictate the peace terms or make preconditions. Israel is stronger than you. You making demands of Israel is equivalent to Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan setting preconditions for peace and making demands for concessions after the Allies beat them.

Abbbas has used every ploy he can think of to avoid direct negotiations, so this last move should not surprise anyone. The plain fact is that the Palestinians do not want peace; they want the destruction of the Jewish state. Unfortunately the world has yet to see through their duplicity.
