When have you ever heard of a Palestinian person, or their government, that endorses violence against Jewish civilians: 1) Ever go to court? 2) Have a legitimate trial? 3) Find the Palestinian Government (Fatah, Hamas, PA, PLO), or person guilty? 4) Ordered to ay a fine to the family of the Jewish person who suffered the loss? NEVER, is the answer to that question. THE PALESTINIANS NAME STREETS AFTER THEIR TERRORISTS. Israel puts them on trial, that's the difference. Here we will see whining about the two soldiers not being brought to trial. Complaints the money wasn't enough and whatever other demonizing they can do against Israel. This will be the diversion, so you will not notice the truth, Israel has one of the most respected legal systems in the world. This case proves it. Even the attempted cover up didn't work, if the facts are true.

1) Why & how was the B'Tselem Pathologist's Report considered more reliable than the Border Police? 2) Where is the family's responsibility in allowing a 10 year old to be in the proximity of a demonstration which had the potential for violence, tear gas, stone throwing, rubber bullets, water cannon, etc? Is there no negligence or partial responsibility on their part? We give one family a pay off then everybody who has lost family in this conflict will be petitioning the Israeli courts for compensation. If the father is a peace activist then he won't mind if he doesn't get financial compensation so lets not waste taxpayer money.
