1. Future in danger ?
David ,   Israel and France   (09.26.11)
The difference between Jerusalem and tel-Aviv indicates clearly that without religious people, israelis will be overwhelmed by arabs. arabs aren't afraid to live in difficult conditions with children, not secular jews.

Shimon ,   London   (09.26.11)
The arab population will equal the jewish population of Israel in 162.5 years assuming growth rates remain constant. at that time, the jewish population will number 93 million people. this assumes things continue as they are. realistically, Israeli growth rates will increase as the orthodox community becomes a more significant segment of the population.
6. true equality and jewish majority
Rami of Nazareth ,   Israel   (09.26.11)
Obviosly, israeli leaders has no vision. If leader want to really guarantee a jewish majority for decades to come, they need improve standad of living of Israeli-Arabs and bring to par with jewish one. This is only way to reduce birth rate and have israeli-arab be part of collective israeli society

William ,   Israel   (09.26.11)
Let's say for argument sake that the world does survive humanity in that period of time - considering the advances we've made in the past 162 years, imagine what we as a whole could do by then, due to the law of exponentials.

Speak for yourself my German friend. Our population growth is much higher than native Germany which is decreasing rapidly against immigrant Muslims which is increasing like wild-rabbits. Germany is the country that will end up as a footnote, not Israel.

Hey, who knows? Why not check with Jordan, Egypt, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Oman and Muscat? Ask them if they count their ersatz "Palestinians." My guess would be no, because they mostly don't see the ersatz "Palestinians" as people. Can't think why .....
