No, international law is very clear -- the West Bank was non-sovereign territory when it was acquired by Israel in the course of fighting a defensive war against Jordan. There is no ersatz "Palestinian" territory, because it was a mandate, not sovereign land. Moreover, Israel unified Jerusalem in late June 1967. It is all a part of Israel. You need to brush up on the facts. If you wish to claim that Israel's presence in the West Bank is illegal, then you must also argue that the United States' presence in New Mexico, Arizona and Southern California is equally illegal.
