1. Fundraising for Ambucycles
Yehudit ,   Tzfat, Israel   (10.30.11)
Great idea, Mr. Kash, thank you for that. Have a wonderful birthday, and many happy returns!
2. Cycling on Israeli roads he might need an ambulance
Haim ,   TA   (10.30.11)
Best of luck to him in raising funds for this valuable cause. Although i hope they are careful cycling on Israeli roads and have a escort warning drivers of approaching cycles.
3. Philanthropy Revisited
Yonaton Behar ,   Har Bracha   (10.31.11)
When will philanthropists, like Mr. Kash, wake-up and realize that, more than anything, Israel first needs to save its MIND and SOUL, before its BODY?? An ambucycle 'might' save a life or two, but the majority of the time, it will probably just sit around and gather dust. Helping to educate the Jewish nation, by producing God-loving, Zionist, faithful leaders, who will strengthen the nation in all fields of life, according to the light of the Torah, will CONSTANTLY be saving THOUSANDS of lives -- of Jews living in Israel, and also, Jews temporarily living outside of the Land -- and eventually, bring 'tikkun olam' to the entire world! The effectiveness of your philanthropic dollar, and your reward in this world, and the world to come, would be expotentionally greater.

So true.
5. PETER CASH Put His Life on the Line...In An Israeli UNIFORM
Remote Friend ,   USA   (10.31.11)
Before you start to judge an "American Jewish millionaire" for not doing enough for the Jewish people and the Land of Israel, just keep this in mind: Peter served in the Golani unit of the Israeli Army, the IDF. He put both his money, body and mind on the line for the Jewish People. No need to criticize the additional effort that he is now making through a cycling campaign. Just applaud it and refrain from any expressions of jealousy.

No one judged Mr. Kash for "not doing enough for Israel". My point was, that in my humble opinion, the most effective and important way a philanthropist can help Israel is through strengthening authentic Torah education. As Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen Kook, the first Chief Rabbi of Israel, and God's emmisary of Redemption, points out in many of his writings, the source of the vast majority of the world's ill's, including Israel, stems from 'p'gam ha'sechel' (a lack of understanding of the importance and centrality of God, emunah, Torat Yisrael, Am Yisrael, and Eretz Yisrael), and not 'p'gam a guf' (physical illnesses). Someone who really loves Israel, as I'm sure Mr. Kash does, and wants to use the wealth that God has granted him to better the Jewish nation and the world at large, would be wise to take Rabbi Kook's advice into consideration and help strengthen Israel's soul.
7. Differnt Kind of Bike . . .

I thought this was about BIcycles, not MOTORcycles . . .
8. #3 Behar, Mr. Kash is biking for Israeli causes.
Michael ,   California, USA   (11.02.11)
Maybe he has something in association with the Jewish religion, but I doubt it. More likely, he has a lot in common with Jewish culture and history, as most of the Israelis, including me. I am confident Mr. Kash continues to hold his T.Z. and Israeli passport. His mental health is just fine, you have nothing to worry about. As for yourself, use the "light of Tora" to find yourself a bicycle, OK?
