1. Accomplice
J.K. ,   Brooklyn USA   (10.15.11)
Free him and send him to gaza with the rest of the enemies of Israel.
2. Release him now....
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.16.11)
This is a patriot who had the best interest of Israel at heart...
3. No Sara, he is a murder and a shame for the jewish people.
Ben-Africa   (10.16.11)
4. To #1 The enemies of Israel are those
jason white ,   afula, israel   (10.16.11)
traitors that agreed to the deal to free 1027 bloody terrorists! What about the 1700 dead and the tens of thousands of wounded due to rabin signing the oslo death accords? Arming, training, financing and moving the armies of terrorists to our borders was a good idea by you? Their blood and the blood of future victims is worth less than the blood of rabin? I sure hope you stay in Brooklyn and do not make alyah! We have enough bleeding hearts here as is. You live there and we will live here and suffer the consequences of rabin, arafat and peres signing our doom.

Dude, drop the attitude. Is it such a crime to state that an accomplice in the murder of an Israeli prime-minister is an enemy of Israel. Is that really such an affront to you that you think he should not be making aliyah? If so, I wouldn't want to be your neighbour. Grow up. That said, your reasoning sucks as well. no. 1 never expressed himself over the status or moral worth of the prisoners to be released, nor the once who release them or signed the oslo accords. You bring them up, and then proceed to slam #1 for a stance you yourself projected on him.
6. # 2 Release him now
J.K. ,   Brooklyn USA   (10.16.11)
Sara B ! I am surprised that an intelligent woman like you is sympathetic to the monster, who helped his brother,in the killing of Rabin, his brother killed Rabin for personal reasons, nothing to do with oslo, read the N.Y.Times of that period, and by the way,who benefited by the death of Rabin, the state of Israel ?. the settlers ?.or arafat-hamas ?.
7. # 4 Enemies
J.K. ,   Brooklyn USA   (10.16.11)
jason ! it's an emotional issue, but lets be reasonable, who is responsible for the blood shed ?.Dayan, the right,Ovadia yosef, the rebbe of gur,in the seventies,King Husein offered Dayan a deal concerning the west bank,Dayan responded with,no,than Yigal Alon suggested,Israel will annex the unpopulated areas, the right said,no,nachalat avot, than in the eighties, shimon Peres worked out a deal with King Husein, with the consent of ovadia yosef and the rebbe of gur, they agreed to jump ship, and leave the coalition of the stubborn narrow minded, shamir, but than ovadia yosef and the rebbe of gur changed their minds,so,who is resposible for the present mess ?.
8. # 5 The enemies
J.K. ,   Brooklyn USA   (10.16.11)
Gabriel ! Thanks, well said, its hard to argue with people who see the issue through a emotional prism.
9. Overcrowding?
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (10.16.11)
Israel's jails are about to be cleared of over 1000 prisoners. I'm inclined to agree that one kidnapped Israeli is worth 1000 Arabs if there's no alternative, but I cannot imagine that one Israeli prisoner needs the prison space of 1000 Arab prisoners. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
10. #2 Sarah & enemies of the state
mba ,   Israel   (10.17.11)
Don't release him a day sooner than the maximum time he has to serve. If there is no room put him in the toilet area for the last few months. Murdering the prime minister of the state is certainly no patriot and any who say so should be locked up with him. Sarah has really gone overboard on this one.
11. Re 10
chris ,   porthmadog   (10.17.11)
eveyone is Overlloking that Rabin was engangerouring every israel by his Actions..I don't agree it was right to kill him but God took him out for his crimes against the state of Israel..that is a fact,it clear in the word that whoever divide Israel in the last days will receive a Curse..that does not fit well with you Tough..you don't know God!
12. @11
Gabriel ,   Leiden, Netherlands   (10.17.11)
God never had anything to do with it. Your talkback is frightening. Don't presume to use god to sanction murder. The notion that 'god took him out' isn't 'clear' in any sense of the word, even if I think, in hindsight, he did the state of Israel a disservice. Killing an elected prime-minister is an atrocity in every single sense of the word, unworthy of the state of Israel, and certainly unworthy of the concept of civilization, which is one of the pillars upon which the state of Israel was founded. We do not want Israel to descent into the same darkness that surrounds the country.
13. keep the scum behind bars
Haim ,   TA   (10.18.11)
right wing scum like him should never see the light of day.
14. #2 Sarah the lawyer supports murderers
Haim ,   TA   (10.18.11)
a shame to the jewish nation. As a lawyer you should be ashamed of yourself.
15. The post at No. 2 is not mine
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.18.11)
16. Notice how the Left is so set on keeping this murderer in ja
William ,   Israel   (10.19.11)
simply because they killed a Leftist iconic politician but are supportive of releasing tons of Arab terrorists, even those from PFLP who killed Rehavam Zeevi, regardless of the amount of blood they have on their hands? The same who are in schools today trying to convince children to follow the same path of racist terrorism, which the Left demands we negotiate with and give a State to. Typical self-righteous, hypocritical, racist actions of the Left.
17. #6 - In retrospect, the Pallys benefitted the most
William ,   Israel   (10.19.11)
Rabin wasn't as spineless at Barak and had strict conditions for Pally Statehood, which actually match Bibi's conditions. Yet, Bibi is considered a tyrant by the Left and Rabin a hero. Barak would sell his mother if the "Palestinians" demanded it. With the death of Rabin, Arafat's hands were freed to commit more terror using the upset in Israel as cover. Neither Peres or Barak acted as leaders, and it was Barak's spinelessness that allowed Arafat to start the 2nd (failed) intifada. Referring to the NYT as a source of objective news reporting is idiotic. They never were and are even more so not objective today. Thomas Friedman ran an Op-Ed piece last month demanding that journalists be given the right to determine who should have a voice in NYT articles. He insisted that journalists have the power to save article space for the "correct and moral" argument which he attributes to the Left only.
18. #10 - please explain why Arab terrorists deserve more
William ,   Israel   (10.19.11)
While I am firmly against the crime of Rabin's murder, why are these criminals treated harshly and scoffed at, while Arab terrorists who murdered many civilians in cold-blood and boast about it are given very good conditions, meal preferences, access to families, and access to education? Yigal Amir couldn't even have a marriage for a while, and even after getting married, wasn't allowed to have intimate relations with his wife. That in itself is a violation of human rights. I think they are treated harshly because it hit a nerve of the Leftists while an attack in Jerusalem on a bus barely registers on the Tel Aviv movement despite it involving fellow citizens. Please explain the obvious and purposeful discrepancy here by a group who insists they fight for justice and equal rights.
19. #13 - I noticed you called him "right wing scum"
William ,   Israel   (10.19.11)
which indicates the real reason he's behind bars, and Arab terrorists and Left-wing scum are often released. It's that Apartheid, Haim?
