That´s what you need for terrorists with blood in their hands. Your weak legal system was the real cause for gilad and future abductions. Will you just wait for the next one to free another thousand of killers?

Revenge will not bring back lost love ones. I understand the aguish of the families that have lost loved ones to terror. On the other hand it is extremely important that combatants feel they will not be abandoned in the field or in captivity. What are needed are preventative measures to foil any mass terrorist release in the future. We could make a law that any prisoner exchange is on a one for one basis with a very difficult procedure to circumvent this requirement. There is also possibility of a no prisoner policy or the death penalty for terrorists with blood on their hands. In any case these lopsided prisoner exchange deals must stop.

under the protection of the prison system....something will be done to erase them, that they will disappear from this earth, and these folks who mourn will have some kind of closure. Our family has also known this sorrow but the terrorist was killed on the spot...the best way I suppose. Be strong and patient, G-d bless you all.

I would appreciate you demonstrating how Israel killed "4 times as many as the arabs". Please use the Israeli figures for Cast Lead (which Hamas later admitted were correct), not the original incorrect figures published by Hamas. Hamas hides behind civilians in order to increase casualties while targeting Israel civilians specifically. No army in the world tries to prevent civilian casualties as does the IDF; calling people to evacuate before an attack and giving up the element of surprise. There IS a difference. Numbers do NOT tell the whole story. PS: There is no occupation. Both Gaza and the WB have their own governments. Israel withdrew from Gaza and most of the WB (remember?) and then had to go back in as all they got in in return was rockets, mortars, suicide bombers. Stop pretending that the arabs are victims. They had their chances and blew them. Open your eyes.
