This is the standard form issued to people crossing Rafah border. It's not been made up specially to "ridicule" Gilad Shalit. I think the point is that they are publishing it to show that Gilad Shalit is almost free in attempt to increase pressure on the Israeli government (possibly e.g. to release the further 9 women prisoners currently on remand).

They will not give up on their demands even after a treaty is signed. [!?] 2. They will not recognize Israel as a Jewish state [yet will make "Palestine" judenrien] 3. They will not stop teaching their children to kill Jews [even though they promised in the Oslo accords to change their kids' education]. B- Israel left the Gaza strip and much of the WB (remember?). What they got in return was suicide bombers, rockets, mortars, bus bombs...murder. C- Israel has made many proposals. All the arabs do is say "no", with no counter proposals. Why worry? If hamas just wants to make a horrific number out of Gilad S., then the IDF will burn down most of Gaza and remove the terror forever. And "Salma" does not live in "palestine"...the comments are made from inside Israel...
