My concept of good condition is like those Arab prisoners released in the swap. I saw a fragile (mental and physical), gaunt, pale, disoriented and slightly unsteady Gilad - in the early stage of marasmus, definitely lacking energy and even looking spaced out at times, sunken eyes, listless, coping on adrenalin at the slightest sign of intimidation.
