1. Government denial
James ,   Raleigh US   (10.21.11)
The US gov is selling the story to the media that this seems to be some random virus that may affect power stations. The truth is it is meant to disable Iran's nuclear "power stations" and was probably a joint effort between the US and Israel. For that I say... Good job...keep it going.
2. not just virus
alexi   (10.21.11)
ahmadinejad, kameinei, larijani-did you see kaddafi's body. You are next. the persian people are sick of your lies and islamic distortions. they will tear you apart. assad-you gunned down 3000 of your comrads and blamed israel for everything. well, you, your wife are in danger and if the crowd gets hold of you they will destroy and drag you through the streets, you with her. You should flee. it has to be said that israel leaders who try to bribe arabs with concessions should be tarrred and feathered with the hatred and utter rejection of the israeli society. leaders like olmert and livni need to be in the halls of chamberlain for what they did to israel.
3. I think Iran used Stuxnet to fool the West
Michael ,   California, USA   (10.21.11)
From what we know Stuxnet operated on SCADA, the control systems monitoring. Monitoring is a convenience feature used by system operators, not something really essential. Siemens could have gotten rid of it easily if asked. But Stuxnet was allowed to operate for quite a while, on purpose I think. Iran was attempting to fool the West by publicizing the existence of Stuxnet. It fooled a lot of people.
4. Gosh! I wonder who's responsible ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.21.11)
Actually, I don't. I know exactly who is responsible. Did anyone SERIOUSLY think that Israel would let Iran become a nuclear power? I have told you and told you that Stuxnet was only Phase I. Cometh now Phase II. Brachim ha'ba'im, as we say in Hebrew. Gain remote access capabilities. Can't say I didn't tell you this was coming. And it has now arrived. Amazing, isn't it? Iran fires off a missile headed towards Israel, and Israel turns it around and drops it on Teheran. Could life be any sweeter? Hey, Mahmood! Hey, Persian Cat! How do you like us now? HOW DO YOU LIKE US NOW?
5. This Was moumar ghadaffy's Farwell
(10.21.11)
to the arab iranain's (Not Persians) after All his Imma's family were Jewish decent? Could the Mossad have turned this Mooshnoonie gachba. Was it the Sharks from eygpt? Was it the Israeli Spies in iran? Nah . It really does'nt matter does it? Shabat Shalom
6. Blame yourself-Ahmedinejad
Babyboy ,   Israel   (10.21.11)
For every mishap Israel & US is to be blamed.Even if Ahmedinejad fails to get an erection Israel & US is to be blamed-Right?
7.  ***SARAH*** You predicted something
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (10.21.11)
like that...great !!!!!
8. US or Israel
Mr. Spooge ,   Nashville, TN   (10.21.11)
I love how everyone is publishing that it "must" be the US or Israel behind the Stuxnet worm. There's no proof, but let's blame them anyway. China has hackers galore - but no one has speculated that maybe China was behind it. Why not? Media bias.
9. duqu
danny ,   columbia sc usa   (10.21.11)
i hope it shuts down evey computer in iran.... iran is after the usa and israel and must be stopped by any means possible
10. Someone should go after siemens for
jason white ,   afula, israel   (10.21.11)
selling dual use products to iran. Perhaps a boycott of all their products?
11. To: No. 3
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.21.11)
Oh, of course! Why didn't I think of that? Bushehr and Natanz remain non-operational and Iran endures several hours without electricity each day ..... because Iran is trying to fool the West. Were you dropped on your head when you were a baby? You are profoundly brain damaged; that's why I ask.
12. To: Babyboy at No. 6
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.21.11)
Well, you have certainly explained that constipated and perpetually sour expression on Mrs. Ahmedinejad's face. Me, personally? I'd be smiling all the time. Well, there's no accounting for taste, is there?
13. Virus
Jewfromhell ,   nyc usa   (10.21.11)
I hope that Israel planted a virus in the prisoner exchange.
14. use Stuxnet to fool the west? no.
Zach ,   Texas   (10.21.11)
The virus was not reported by Iran, but by a firm in another country which found the virus on their machines. The virus only changed (corrected) the monitoring while also controlling the function of the centrifuges in contrast with what was displayed.
15. you go girl, sarah!
sid ,   cambodia   (10.21.11)
you said what i always wanted to say! what else can i say, except go sarah go! you princess of israel!
16. The flu season has started
J.K. ,   Brooklyn USA   (10.21.11)
17. Not a mystery
Benito ,   Virginia Beach   (10.21.11)
It doesn't take a genius to fathom that Israel and the US could be behind this cyber attack. I wonder how many Middle Eastern leaders have to be killed to appease US and Israel?
18. #4 the new virus called PU239
reza shah ,   tehran   (10.21.11)
its really bad and faster than stuxnet they capture some of it and put it in a cylinder to transfer into something could returned to sender did you know that Gosh
19. Go Sarah!!
Scott ,   USA   (10.21.11)
You Go Sarah! It is about time Iran get a good beating, everyone is tired of that loud mouth in Tehran spewing hate across the world. Can you imagine how great it would be if the missile situation actually happened....The world would laugh in Iran's face. Iran's day will come, some day Israel will become tired of them and deal with them.
20. Gee it could have been the Jews again.............
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (10.21.11)
21. sarah
Tex ,   Houston   (10.21.11)
As we Texas Jews would say, keep kicking iranian tuckus!
22. 'Bout time
Kevin ,   Campton, USA   (10.21.11)
If this is Israel or the US, all I can say is it's about time we played a little cyber offense instead of being on the defensive all the time. Good computer scientists can reverse engineer this virus, so I'd hope we also have a defense for such a sophisticated virus.
23. 3, i think you may have something there...
Giliboy da dudey lad ,   dudin it around town   (10.21.11)
Because its a bit odd that Iran would "own up" to having problems with a computer virus.... unless it was a fake. In which case it would confuse the world's security agencies.... each thinking the other had put it there. Cunning.
24. I think Califonrinans used Obama to fool the Mselves
George   (10.21.11)
This phrase, Michael, has stronger legs than your Stuxnet logic. But I am sure you won't be fooled by it.
25. Excellent
Htos1 ,   Florida,USA   (10.21.11)
Woohoo!Go Mossad!I LOVE Israel's technical excellence!
26. #23, An easy hoax it was for Iran to pull off, for ignorants
Michael ,   California, USA   (10.21.11)
27. #24, If the economy picks up, Obama will surely be reelected
Michael ,   California, USA   (10.21.11)
28. nobody open emails from Iran!!!!
peggy ,   israel/uk   (10.21.11)
29. duqu
fivey ,   canada   (10.21.11)
Perhaps it should be an f instead of the d. In any event, this one is to gain remote access and shut it down for good (pun intended) or blows 'er up. The worm is turning.
30. Just a Little Help from My Friend
Taz Man ,   USA   (10.21.11)
I read where one of Iran's main-nuclear sites (Bushehr) was situated on a major, earthquake fault-line. It wouldn't surprise me if God took care of some of Israel's concerns? Yeah, a good ole' earth-shaking would be just as good as hail, fire and brimstone. I was just wondering. God bless Israel and His Jerusalem! A Christian Zionist
