Qaddafhi should not have been killed after being captured. That is clearly a war crime and the man that confessed to it should be sent to the Hague to be tried for that war crime. That's all I hear when someone from the west does anything. Now it's time for the world to drag that man to the world court for his trial. If he does not have one from this point forward it should be ok to drag off British, Frence, or U.S. prisoners of war and execute them by shooting them in the head. A new precedence has been set by these three countries and their murderous allies in Libya.

This young boy is clearly a common thug. He murders Gadaffi when Gadaffi is held own by the animalistc mobs. I had no time for Gadaffi. He was, after all a commmon and brutal murderer but to be murdered by an 18 year old thug, a common little nothing wanting a name for himself... well he got it! is he aware that a horrible death awaits him?

If a US Military person did this the media would be crying for his head and demanding a court martial.

The issue is that he was killed by angry citizens. These are the people Gadaffi abused, tortured, oppressed, terrorized and murdered their fellow people. These people are not trained in the law of war, they are not soldiers and not disciplined warriors, but outraged civilians. It may be harsh but this is reality to be expected. He reaped what he sowed.
