1. Wow, the US of A is far more gone then I assumed!
tom ,   tel aviv   (10.29.11)
2. WHO THE HELL APPONTED DAVID HALE AS SPEAKER OF PALESTINIANS?
Salma ,   Palestine   (10.29.11)
The Palestinian spring will come when the whole world vote yes for Palestinian state, History votes YES, Humanity votes YES, Geography votes YES, Culture votes YES, Logic votes YES, Peace votes YES, & only America and Micronesia vote NO.
3. David Hale is an idiot.
David ,   Hartford USA   (10.29.11)
He ignores everything Hamas has done, everything its leaders have said, every act of terrorism they have committed, everything they say they will do in the future. Who appointed this clown? Nobody takes him seriously. As for Salma's comment: you have it slightly wrong: the Palestine Spring will come, not when the world does something, but when the Palestinians prove through their actions that they want peace, which they have never done. How about 6 months of no stone throwing, no murders of families in their beds, no rocks through windshields of moving cars, no stabbings of teeneages in their necks, etc. The Palestinians seem more like the zombie flesh-eaters of TV's Walking Dead than civilized folks who want to live in peace and get on with their lives. Get rid of Abbas's map of 'Palestine' which includes ALL of Israel. It's up to YOU, not the world. If 5 wars and decades of terrorism haven't gotten you a state, just maybe you should try a different strategy? Maybe? Ya think?
4. LACK of Authority or Lack of validation
Reg ,   SP Br   (10.29.11)
It is good to wait the validation by those that call themselfs the ethernal refugies before going to another political adventure
5. GOOD LUCK
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (10.29.11)
Actually it will be when the Palestinians give up the fantasy of destroying Israel. As David correctly points out, the ball is in their court. As we see from Salma she still waits for the world to put pressure on Israel to solve what is a Palestinian problem and nobody else but therm can fix it. So used to being the beggars, the Palestinians now beg the world for a state they simply haven't earned through deeds. I agree with Hale on one point, regardless of any vote, it doesn't change the facts on the ground. But as is typical for the Palestinians they are more about useless PR (Pallywood), than any real motivation for peace. So you'll get the same result...what is the definition of insanity...doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting a different result?? Good luck with that!!
6. Haniye
Elizabeth   (10.29.11)
The smile will soon be wiped off his face when he doesn't know what hit him! HIP HIP HOORAY! hurry up Israel and get it over and done with, and then watch the other arab leaders twist and squirm?
7. How disarray of so called "Arab Spring" in Gaza
leo ,   usa   (10.29.11)
will help security of Israel. Missing grads much?
8. Wonder why the US is toothless
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (10.29.11)
With total morons as senior diplomats they give their bosses unrealistic information. Do they actually have anybody with a brain in the US State Department?
9. Obviously no State for the Palestinians
Moragh   (10.29.11)
They will certainly never get Israel proper. I really would encourage the palestinians to find another country they can call Palestine. You will all be slaughtered if you listen to your Abbas and Haniye etc. They are nothing more than suicidal freaks and will stop at nothing as long as they have the weak Palestinians who believe what they are told by their Haniye and Abbas. Haniye is a killer and abbas is rotten thru and thru!
10. # 2 Palestinian state,
J.K. ,   Brooklyn USA   (10.29.11)
You mean, a hamas state.
