1. Inshallah, Arab Sprint a.k.a. Neo - Blitz Krieg, is success!
Miron ,   USA   (11.01.11)
Repercussions for Barak's refusal to re - enter Sinai are only starting.
2. another arab spring success story
zionist forever   (11.01.11)
Tunisia had an election and elected an islamist government. Egypt will most probably be domoinated by the Muslim Brotherhood if electiond re ever held. When Assad is eventually toppled Syria will probably end up run by the Muslim Brotherhood or Hezbollah. Now we have Libya on its way to becoming the next Afghnanistan. The Arab Spring really has been the greatest victory for democracy and stability in the region the world has ever seen.
3. JUST THANK OBAMA & HILLARY
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (11.01.11)
They managed to roil the Middle East and turn the whole shebang into a horrible mess, just like Obama has done with Unemployment, Economy and everything else he has touched, turned it all in a pile of crap
4. nato
aline silverman ,   israel   (11.01.11)
Bravo Nato for having meddled in other people's affairs....One more El queida country....more terrorism!
5. big deal...
barry ,   Center of Israel   (11.01.11)
A terrorist replaced by more terrorists....let the suicide bombing commence!
6. CIA=Mossad=Alqaeda
Sajjad ,   Pakistan   (11.01.11)
This is old trick of CIA to use these so called ALQaeda to achieve their own goals. They did in Afghanistan then Iraq ....... Yemen, ............ list is quite long
7. Have No Fear!
Kelly ,   Albuquerque USA   (11.01.11)
Our God is in control of all this mess and HE will come soon and set things straight again! They will not rule the world for long... Though we my be slain, if we trust in Jesus we will be with Him and one day soon, all those who hate, murder and deny Him, will get the judgement that's coming to them, but let it not be from us. In the meantime, we really need to pray for those who are trapped and oppressed by these evil dictators. That God would open their hearts and minds to Him who is love!
8. Libya and Greece are at the center of gravity..
Michael ,   California, USA   (11.01.11)
What's a little flag waving in Bengazi -- don't lose any sleep over it. Libya will follow Tunisia to general elections and democratically established coalition. Friendship with Egypt will grow, leading to peaceful relations with Israel. Some Islamists will be speaking out, that's democratic, but help from the West with overthrowing Qaddafi will not be forgotten. Bright future ahead of Libya. Their oil sales to Israel will be welcome. Hussein Obama's reelection chances are enhanced through victory in Libya, but the Greeks may spoil it with their drag on world economy. As viewed from the White House, world's center of gravity lies half way between Libya and Greece today.
9. Al-Qaeda Flag Flying Triumphantly Over Libya was Expected
Linda Rivera ,   New York, USA   (11.01.11)
Admiral James Stavridis, NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander, Europe, and the commander of the U.S. European Command told the U.S. Senate that Al-Qaeda and Hezbollah fighters are among the Libyan rebels currently receiving support from the US and its NATO allies. This was confirmed by one of the Libyan rebel officers, Abdel-Hakim al-Hasidi, who leads one of the Al-Qaeda units. U.S/NATO joined with Al-Qaeda and Hezbollah terrorists to wage war. US/NATO consider barbaric Al Qaeda and barbaric Hezbollah to be good guys to be placed in power in Libya? US/NATO have great guilt in making the world a far more dangerous place.
10. 1 option left: SECURE BIG ISRAEL, nonviolent transfer.
Jerry ,   The Netherlands   (11.01.11)
11. Obama's on the job training
BH ,   Iowa   (11.01.11)
This demonstrates how thoroughly hapless BHO's foreign policy is. US is fighting against al-qaeda in one war while fighting a second war on their behalf. The community organizer is getting absolutely owned.
12. Don' blame Obama for everything.
split ,   US   (11.01.11)
You're making an idiot of yourself ,... The radicalisation of Muslim World started in when US sided with Israel in '67 conflict and culminated when Bush and AIPAC's V-column neo-con-artists invaded Afghanistan and Iraq. Job market , financial and housing crisis started in '07 that was suppose to be "cured" by massive bailout called Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 ($700 B) proposed and signed by Bush into a law in October 2008.
13. Obama
Wendy Miller ,   Los Angeles, USA   (11.01.11)
Another Obama success story.
14. #6 sajjad - LOL !

15. #6 pakistan the country of dumbs
(11.01.11)
16. Bernard Henry Levy should be in jail for that
(11.01.11)
17. #6 - sure, as long as one Muslim is killing another...
William ,   Israel   (11.01.11)
it must be because of the CIA and Mossad. Except that....Muslims have been killing each other, most violently I might add, for 1300 years while the CIA and Mossad are less than 100 years old. So, are you saying the Haqqani network in pakistan is....a Mossad element? And the attacks on innocent Indians in Mumbai was planned by the CIA to bring pressure on peace-loving Pakistanis? Or the assassination of your leaders by "rogue" elements is really outsiders who hate to see Pakistan have a solid democracy and become a regional leader? Now, Sajjad....we both know that's not true.
18. #8 - naivete can't make everything better, Michael
William ,   Israel   (11.01.11)
Libya has over 120 fractious tribes, many who despise the others. Very much unlike the situation in Tunisia. Do you still think Libya will follow the way of Tunis? It's this myopic thinking in the West that preludes the failed adventures in the Middle East.
19. #12 - Really, everything started in 1967?
William ,   Israel   (11.01.11)
Not pre-1948 when the British drew arbitrary borders, giving land away to leaders whom the British supported, contrary to the local population? Everyone seems to be upset when Jews built a country, most of the land which they purchased ahead of time, on State land, but no one seems to blink an eye at the artificial State of Jordan who's leader came from Western Saudi Arabia. The radicalization of Muslims actually began back when Muhammed died and the Sunni/Shia split occurred. In the 20th century, it was when the Saudi family tried to gain support and placated the Wahabi sect there which has come back to haunt them, and has been a major source of terror around the world, including Al-Qaeda. Also, in the 20th century (which begins in years 1900, not 1967), the radical Muslim Brotherhood began its reign of racist violence in 1919. You're a sad product of the liberal American education system.
20. #12 - though you consider Bush the anti-Christ
William ,   Israel   (11.01.11)
and demon extraordinaire.... it was Clinton's Administration which pressured banks to give mortgages to people with no ability to pay it back, and the subsequent investment tool. No one cared because Clinton ruled during the Internet boon when someone with a mere website was worth $1mm. The party was over, the world woke up, and Bush got caught with the bill. Things would suck today even if 9/11 didn't occur and the US didn't enter Afghanistan or Iraq. That's the reality of market corrections.
21. JUSTICE, PROSPERITY AND PEACE TO/FOR/BY THE LYBIAN PEOPLE AN
SJOERD RUURD VAN DER ,   MULTIVERSE   (11.01.11)
AND SO ON.
22. #12 Split, You're proving to be a bigger
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (11.01.11)
idiot that I thought you were The "Radicalization" of the Arab world started when the UN Decided to partition the land, way back in 1947 Bush signed the first law, Obama went overboard by enhancing it with another 800 billion or so dollars Additional funds were expended use false to to name them, since Obama didn't want to show that his spending exceeded one TRILLION dollars
23. 19 - most of the land which they purchased ahead of time ,.
split ,   US   (11.01.11)
You're ommiting the fact that the Palis were forced out and off their land in '48 and not allowed to return. Those who stayed inside the '49 armistice borders where kept under martial law by Israelis for the next 18 years, during which time their homes and land were destroyed and stolen by your state.
24. Yes, terrible what the Israeli Arabs have had to go through
Golani ,   Vineland, USA/Israel   (11.02.11)
Yes # 23. The Arabs that stayed in Israel were forced to go to college and get college degrees. Can you imagine letting Arab women in the Middle East get a driver's license? And how terrible to force the Arab polulation in Israel to be allowed to run for public office and even serve in the government? I am sure that the other Arab nations are appalled to learn that Israeli Arabs are give the same treatment in Israeli hospitals and many are allowed to become doctors in Israel. The worse thing is that many Arab Israelis are give the right to choose to become police officers and some even serve in the IDF. Is this the world's definition of Apartheid when it concerns Israel?
25. Let the medievalists stay medieval!
anton orde   (11.02.11)
26. This was no surprise.
John ,   Alaska   (11.02.11)
The article reads: "The black flag of al-Qaeda has been put on top of a courthouse in the Libyan city of Benghazi, further raising concerns that the country could turn into a Muslim extremist entity." Did anyone ever think that Libya would turn into anything else?
27. To #6 Sajjad - you are so right!
John ,   Alaska   (11.02.11)
The CIA is everywhere, which means of course that Mossad is _everywhere_! Don't go to sleep tonight, Sajjad! The Big Bad Mossad is under your bed ... waiting! Ooooooh! Scary Mossad! Sharks and eagles and who knows what else are Mossad agents. You shouldn't be surprised if the next goat you saw was actually trained by Mossad!
28. #21 MULTIDELUSIONAL What the Lybians have...
Phil ,   Ireland   (11.02.11)
Is an Islamic leadership offering more subjection and a lack of peace and freedom. So much for your delusions of "JUSTICE, PROSPERITY AND PEACE TO/FOR/BY THE LYBIAN PEOPLE AND SO ON"
29. TO NR. 28.
SJOERD RUURD VAN DER ,   MULTIVERSE   (11.02.11)
I SHOULD MIND MY OWN BUSINESS IN SUCH A CASE. THANKS FOR THE FRIENDLY COMPLIMENT.
30. Correction to #6 and #27
Devorah   (11.03.11)
I meant "Pakistan."
