Only after he has decisively reduced the opposition to almost nothing a condition which makes concessions meaningless. And if he has not completed the eradication of hostile elements he will drag the negociations with unfurfilled promises to act decently.
3. Seems Assad Syria are not holding to the deal RIGHT ???

Although Syria announced it had agreed to stop shooting at protesters reports indicate they have continued to use force to crack down up on the protesters rather than pulling back to just a perimeter defense like they agreed up on but then such is life they do not feel there is yet any opposition moderation thus they will not moderate either I do not mind Assad staying in power but perhaps allowing autonomy to certain ethnic groups should be considered after all no doubt they have their own stores mosques businesses whatever possibly even identity cards with seperate ethnic groups recognized to set a difference in ethnic group classification this is the computer indexing scientific approacxh rather than the primative military force approach like America has classifications in race gender when applying for many things RIGHT may be Syria can follow that example RIGHT even Israel RIGHT I do not expect to be ranked as high as a Rabbi Zionist so on but seperate ranking just means staying with in limits acceptable rather than risk crossing a line not allowed but in any case I hope things are settled however perhaps Israel can do like NATO did in Libya bomb the Assad forces firing shooting at the protesters this would be a big step but considering the efficiency of the Israel air force quite possible RIGHT if it escalates in to a war to any degree then again that can be handled that way RIGHT ??? Thank You... M. S.
