No matter what the case, may justice be served. If he has been framed, what is the likelihood he participated in similar? What is the liklihood the ones framing him (if this is the case) will one day get punished in similar ways? How many unjust shunnings have been perpetrated over the years and gone unpunished? Everybody who knows Rav Elon knows what a special human being he is. Yes, he is very loving but not in a sexual way. Like he says, his warmth has been misconstrued.
