If only a threat of an Israeli attack will bring effective diplomatic action by the big powers then Israel will act as if an attack is imminent. Israel will deal with existential threats as it must. There is no doubt that the rhetoric out of Teheran is all about an existential threat. You don't have to come on board. Given the current administration, there is little doubt you will -- just as well; you will only get in our way. But there is equally little doubt that Iran has to be stopped. Their entire mullah-driven "leadership" is insane. And Israel will do what it must, no matter what the consequences to any other country. The phrase "Never Again" actually means something to us. I would ask that the United States remember this: When Israel destroyed Iraq's Osirac reactor, it put an end to a very realistic threat that Iraq would be nuclear. American sanctions against Israel were quick and sever. Ten years later, however, the United States found itself in a shooting war against Iraq over the invasion of Kuwait.
