Can anyone tell me what the letters on the rocket mean? Is it even Arabic? Do those things often carry messages or curses?

They say that Israel is governed by cowards and the general staff is afraid of being tried by the i.c.c.
The curses are sitting in the knesset and the general headquarters.
We should hit them back during their holiday next week. They always hit us on our holidays and Shabbat. Let us show them the disrespect that they show us.

Apparently those settlers sneaked into Gaza and desecrated the rockets with their "Price Tag" operation.

the original photo had a portion of the rocket which had the Hebrew word kodim on it and kodim means east. Did you get your answer from wikipedia?
