1. Rabin's Oslo gave Israel the infatadas, NOT peace. Hold 17th
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (11.09.11)
in Oslo not in Israel, only the arabs should revere him, not the Jews.
2. Hypocritical Man
Joe Sombrero ,   USA   (11.09.11)
This is the most Hypocritical Man in the world. Where does his Peace Center get his funding? He supports the legal system for the Left but not for anyone right of left. Well how about stopping the Leftist organizations from spying on Israel and getting Foreign Government Funds instead of protecting their rights? If the government is corrupt and protects the Leftist Organizations then the system is failing and people will get frustrated and see there is no legal alternative and take the law in their hands. That is my humble View
3. Dear old simple Shimon Peres
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (11.09.11)
While he was busy condemning attacks on Muslim Holy Place, did he make a single mention of the Holy Places of other religions, including ours, that Muslims erased from the face of the earth? Jacobs Tomb, burned to the ground, 50,000 Jewish graves on the Mount of Olives the Jordan Legion destroyed, the Synagogues and Yeshivoth that Jordan turned into rubbles when they captured the Old City in 1948 It is time he retired to a Beit Avoth, he is long past his prime
4. Answer to Joe Sombrero :From where Peres P. Centr gets
(11.09.11)
funding : From Israel-hating Danish Social Democratic Party it gets 50% Center's director,Ron Pundak is the son of the financing go-between,Herbert Pundik from Denmark who had penned "Bomber who Saved the Peace" extolling the Dolphinarium Bomber in the Danish press.
5. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME
DAVID ,   JUDEA   (11.09.11)
Why is it that our secular Zionists wear a skullcap (Kippah) only during these kind of memorials and funerals? I just don't get these people on the one hand they constantly voice their disdain and dislike towards the religious and yet they do that , can someone explain that to me. And Mr Perez there are many things we do not forget concerning your deeds, for your sake there will be forgiveness for all your acts.
6. WOWSERS! What a "co-inky-dink"
Gideon Reader   (11.09.11)
I was just saying the same thing. No forgetting and no forgiveness for the lefts participation in the "SEASON(Hunting Season) and the grassing and turning captives to the British. Nor there will be no forgetting or forgiveness for the Altalena. And dozens of other perfidy in which Y.Rabin of soiled memory willingly participated.
7. Peace process wasn't "started by Yitzhak", but by ...
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, DC USA   (11.09.11)
The peace process with the Palestinians wasn't "started by Yitzhak" but by Shimon (Peres) and Yossi (Beilin) who pulled Arafat from the wilderness and gave Rabin the fait accompli of Oslo. We've seen how well that worked out, though Peres remains a believer.
8. No forgive no forget
Rafael ,   Yerushalayim   (11.09.11)
We will never forgive Shimon Peres or forget the misery that he bequeathed upon the entire nation of Israel with his illegal, immoral and decadent dealings with the murderers of Jews and the deniers and falsifiers of Jewish history.
9. forgiveness
ecr   (11.09.11)
was given by HaShem, where does this guy get off with not forgiving. How we treat others is how we are treated from Above. Print it or not, it's the truth
10. "Remembering his old friend..."
Concerned & smart   (11.09.11)
Yes, the old friend. The old friend he has had him killed by covert action in the car en route to the hospital according to half the country. The saner part, that is.
11. The Jews of Israel have already forgotten Rabin they will
Al   (11.09.11)
never forgive him for bringing untold misery to Israel over the past 18 years. Rabins legacy is that his Jewish killer sits in jail whereas the Arab killers of 1000's of other Israelis have already been released.
12. EXPLANATION TO DAVID, JUDEA NÂș 5
Robert ,   Israel   (11.09.11)
I will explain it to you in a very simple manner. (about secular jews using of Kippah) . We, and I include myself, believe in what the TORAH says. What I disagree is the the way in which each one of the different orthodox "clans" have made their own interpretation of the Torah . Each orthodox group considers itself as the "best owner" of the Truth in the Holy Scrypts. . Simply the "rival" orthodox group may not have the "real approach". I consider myself above all those childish gimmicks. I use my Kippah as a matter of respect when entering places and special activities that may be considered of sacred content and I feel myself as close to G'd as those who need to go to pray for their eventual sins at the synagoge twice a day, and after that they go to the streets burning tires and throwing stones because something is not of their taste.
13. Today's memorial an extension of Left's policies
William ,   Israel   (11.09.11)
Decrying Price Tag acts (against property), while "forgiving" Arab terrorism (against people). Nothing sums up the Leftist platform and Rabin's actions more than that. However, with all due respect, Rabin was pragmatic in his red-lines for a "Palestinian" State and it was the Leftists who followed him that gave way more in concessions and appeasement to the "Palestinians" with nothing in return. In essence, the Left actually sullies Rabin's memory.
14. Judgement Upon Leaders!
Jake Stone ,   USA   (11.09.11)
God doesn't like His land divided. Every inch of it belongs to His true Chosen--Israel! The Arabs have no say over the Promised Land. Yeah, from the river Nile to the river Euraphates, Israel has yet to claim all of its inheritence. Only until when the Messiah comes, will they take their true possession to heart. God bless Israel!
15. #3 Put Peres out to Pasture.
Musie   (11.09.11)
Even that is too good for him!
16. Yes, Mr. Peres will never forget
Ariel ,   Europe   (11.09.11)
the murder of PM Rabin. After all, it brought him on a very top, without any elections he was in habit of losing regularly.
17. We must get to the bottom of Rabin assassination.
Chaim ,   Israel   (11.09.11)
There is no substitute for the truth. We must get to the bottom of the Rabin assassination. We must clear up the hundreds of serious inconsistencies with the "lone rightist assassin" theory, which is almost certainly wrong.
18. #17 Chaim: WaterBoarding
mba ,   Israel   (11.10.11)
It is quite simple to get to the bottom. Let Mr Amir go through a few water-boarding sessions and I am sure such a coward will speak the truth and only the truth. Afterward, he can continue in solitary confinement for the rest of his natural life.
