AIPAC is a lobby group like the NRA and hundreds of others in the US. They do not receive funding from foreign NGOS or governments as thats illegal under US law. A domestic lobby group is fine ( in Israel as well ) but its when their funding comes from abroad that lobbying and foreign interests start to merge. B'T Salem and all the other politically active movements in Israel can continue to operate under this law if the bill passes all that changes is how they get their funding. To be able to have freedom of speech one has to be paid millions of tax free Euros, who knew?
