Life expectancy data is skewed by the large number of old people who retire to israel.

2. Hospital survive in Charitable donations
That's why the government gets away with paying so little for health care. That said the Israeli public health system is superb compared to other countries' health systems-for patients that is. The doctors get screwed.

I wonder if lower life expectancy of people from other countries can skew Israeli life expectancy positively.
Instinctively, I would say that is impossible. But it could skew it negatively and that could mean that without immigration of elder people, Israeli life-expectancy would be even higher.

5. never trust statistics that you haven't manipulated yourself

If that fact were significant the USA would skew high because of the millions of wealthy who retire from Canada and other countries to Florida and Arizona and California.
