wouldn't they be the ones who are closely familiar with the text and negotiations of the Oslo Accords, which placed obligations of, among others, that the PA will NOT be allowed deviate from the Accord by seeking a State outside of negotiations, under penalty of annulling the agreement? The Oslo Accords are the same where Israel agreed to act as customs official for the PA. So, if the PA has broken her numerous obligations under the Accord, shouldn't Norway, being the objective party here (*cough*), then accept that Israel is not in any violation whatsoever?
