4. God Bless the family
Rachel   (11.26.11)
The children are with the Lord now. I pray the surviving victims heal quickly in both their body and spirits. Sadly,I know from experience nothing is more painful than a burn injury
5. Salma #1 do you see the difference?
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (11.26.11)
Nobody and I do mean not one of your enemies will ever do any more than express their sorrow at the tragic loss of life and injuries. We do not celebrate anybody's death. not even Arafat's. That is the difference between us. I sure hope one day that your people can mature that far, but I will never live to see, nor will my grandchildren.
6. Painful for all
Gomez ,   Singapore   (11.26.11)
Painful to know that little children perished. Expressing our sorrow is not enough. Let us move forward in putting an end to the misery for the Palestinians. The power outage certainly contributed to the loss of lives.

Moony   (11.26.11)
Ironic. I saw plenty of people celebrating the death of the Turkish activists on the Mavi Marmara. Maybe you missed that in your little bubble.
8. I
Jewish Patriot ,   Galut   (11.26.11)
I only have problem with radical Islamists, it is very sad that children died in fire. I feel for them, and I don't consider them as enemy either! This is really a difference between us and most of the Arabs/Muslims.
9. gomez
Arie ,   BaGolan   (11.26.11)
The deaths of the children is tragic and our sympathies and prayers for their families. As for you take your thinly veiled 'blame it on the evil Jews' and shove it up your arse
10. To: No. 6
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (11.26.11)
First of all, the power outage had nothing to do with Israel. Secondly, only a complete cretin puts burning candles in a room with children. Thirdly, stop turning this tragic event into a political campaign. Lastly, where were your pious bleatings when five members of the Fogel family had their throats slit by murderous ersatz "Palestinian" terrorists?
11. To # 6 Gomez- Go to He!!
Rachel ,   US   (11.26.11)
12. To Sarah and Gee
David ,   San Francisco, CA   (11.26.11)
@ Gee, you are "sad" only because this wasn't the work of Israel. If this children had been killed in an air raid it would be business as usual. And you are in no position to tell the occupied and oppressed that their glorification of killers is immoral until Israel ends the Lehi Blue Ribbon Awards and closes down the Begin Cultural Center! And when your leaders stop celebrating the King David Hotel terrorist attack! @ Sarah, there have been many times where you have stated that you wouldn't mind seeing all the Palestinian territories reduced to rubble!
13. Moony - care to prove your claim
Arie ,   BaGolan   (11.26.11)
I would love to see a link proving that!! Unlike your ilk that celebrate the massacre of 9/11 or the terror attacks in Israel, Jews do NOT celebrate death - even that of our enemies. Put your link where your mouth is!
14. To#6 Yes...so sad ..why do your leaders spend $$ on rockets
EST ,   Miami USA   (11.26.11)
and not the basic infrastructure that their people need? Obviously, if they can pay for thousands of rockets...they have the money to provide basic services such as potable water and electricity to their people... instead of making them a burden to Israeli economy... Regardless, children should not have to bear the brunt of adult stupidity or indifference...Why don't you complain to the Palestinian leadership about their indifference? They only react when it is a PR opportunity for them....
15. My prayers go out for the whole family
Galut ia ,   Selah   (11.26.11)
16. PA refused Israeli help from Israeli fire department
Dovid ,   Modiin   (11.27.11)
17. #7 - I didn't see anyone celebrating death of Turk activists
William ,   Israel   (11.27.11)
I didn't see one Israeli celebrating the DEATH of anyone during the confrontation with the Mavi Marmara. I did, however, see Israelis celebrating the fact that the IDF stopped this illegal flotilla attempt at breaking a legal wartime blockade of Gaza. Please provide proof of this so-called celebration. I'd love to see it.
18. #6 - please reserve a good deal of blame for Pallys
William ,   Israel   (11.27.11)
after all, in 1999 when they had free movement, a fast growing economy, there were no roadblocks, no security wall, and peace was all but assured.... they still launched a terrorist campaign aimed at civilians which killed and maimed many tens of thousands of civilians. Seems like an outcome of their own making, Gomez. By the way, the article doesn't mention why the power was out yet you rush to blame Israel for it. Perhaps they didn't pay their bill, or work was being done on local lines, or they weren't on the grid and used a generator (as many rural towns do). This result is indeed painful, especially with children involved, but by no means uncommon in many rural areas across the globe.
19. all politics aside...this is a disaster!
valentina ,   israel   (11.27.11)
My thoughts and prayers with the family. You will see your children again one day in a better place. May the children's innocent souls rest in peace.
