There is a portion of Northern Syria that Turkey illegally occupies but due to politics and economic reasons, Syria hasn't made an issue of it. Rather, they just stole land from Lebanon (Shabaa Farms) and well, basically took the State over, to make themselves feel more masculine. If Turkey wants to be the king of the E. Med, they'll have a few people to contend with, like Greece, Israel, Lebanon, Egypt, Europe, NATO, etc. It's funny you think Israel is trying to dominate E. Med, by blocking Turkish terrorists trying to break a legal wartime blockade of Gaza (confirmed by a UN investigation) and by drilling in its own territorial waters for gas. Wasn't it Turkey who demanded access to gas fields SOUTH of Cyprus, and West of Israel, but no where near Turkey?

Isolation may be the best policy for Turkey. If you hate Americans, pull out of NATO. If you hate Arabs, pull out of the Arab League. If you hate Gazans, stop sending them terrorists to break the legal war-time blockade, and stop inviting terrorists to train in Turkey. If you hate Iranians, stop making economic deals with them and helping them in the UN. All that is left are spineless Europeans in a massive recession, Russians trying to rebuild the Empire, Chinese who are trying to build their own empire with cheap crap, and 3rd world countries. Not really a Prestigious club at Oxford.

I believe the best strategy for Israel is to develop two strategies. One to drive Iran nuts and the other to solve is surrounding problems, once it's getting hot and Hezbollah, Hamas, Syria, ..... are turning loose. Iran attacking Turkey would cause a full blown NATO conflict. Nothing to fix in Iran for Israel then. NATO would fix it. Israel's job would be to fix the conflicts in its surrounding territories, create clear borders and substantial buffer zones, which will hold for ever and solve the Arab Israeli conflict once and for all.
