Arabs could not prove ownership of the land the cause for the states evacuation order. This seems like vindictive treatment when the land is Israeli.

Since Israel has not extended Israeli laws to Judea and Samaria the court has no say over construction there.

The time has long overdue for unrestricted Jewish building throughout all of Judea and Samaria. Not to "punish Palestinians". Only for one simple reason. This land is ours. It has been ours for more than 3,500 years and always will be ours.

What about the time BEFORE the Israel you are talking about?
Of course you believe one day was nothing- the next day there was Israel, right? And the earth is flat.
