61. #60 RIGHT ON ,WELL SAID AL
URBAN POET ,   SAFED ISRAEL   (12.01.11)
American jews will probably vote for this disaster again .They are easily fooled ,sad to say.
62. #61 Fool me once...
Henry from New York ,   USA   (12.01.11)
At the very least my mom and I are not voting for this guy twice. We were fooled by the glitter into thinking he had a spine at the time, but then we realised he was being held up by balsawood. This time we'll possibly vote Republican or not at all (It is NY after all)
63. Israel's Allie
Tom Neal ,   Hampstead USA   (12.01.11)
Who's Obama trying to fool, being a Muslim, He hasn't been too friendly in the past, it's just getting close to election time, vote him and the rest of his left wing extremist cronies OUT!!!!
64. #34 - patronizing? me?
Cameron ,   USA   (12.01.11)
An accusation like that on one of the most supremely patronizing, self-righteous sites to be found on the Internet? Surely I offer no worse than the rest of the talkback crew. Not for types like you to lecture me on course & impact of history. Yes, the Jewish people paid a bitter price for being a floating minority stretched across the length of Europe, but I am unaware of any sacred requirement or obligation in reality that ever required the US to pull their collective fat out of the fire. I would remind you of the current Israeli attitudes of opposition and hostility toward allowing a flood of refugees from other lands entry into their own country. Think on that before you toss the old guilt-tripping pitch in my direction.
65. #64, Cameron: watch the movie ..."damned"
Tom ,   USA   (12.01.11)
American "help" for the Eu. Jews was beautifully presented in the movie "Voyage of the damned" with Faye Dunaway. Story of the USS St. Louis full with Jewish refugees was turned back to Germany where all perished. So keep pontificating your sermon.
66. #64 cameron #34 and #36 are right
solomon ,   bklyn   (12.01.11)
#64 cameron #34 and #36 are right America put itself on the line to help save Europe. No one was deselected, until they ignored the Jews plight. The "floating minority" you speak of was well established in many countries. Yet the US still considered them separate. The US was also afraid of 'too many refugees', but then opened it's gates. After all, it's a big country. Israel is the size of New Jersey. Basically, your meandering post does not address the issue. And you are right, you are no worse; but you are close to the worst. I don't think you are being guilt-tripped. You are simply being told the truth, facts; those are things we have seen you avoid like the plague.
67. Avoid, #66?
Cameron ,   USA   (12.01.11)
Nay, son, I avoid nothing. "close to the worst" I am honored by such a take. One can only lay down valid truths and perspective. If others find such uncomfortable, then so be it.
68. #67 cameron
solomon ,   bklyn   (12.02.11)
Agreed. Except you should listen to your own words as they are meant for you: "One can only lay down valid truths and perspective. If others find such uncomfortable, then so be it. " It seems you've gotten used to feeling uncomfortable from hearing so many valid truths and perspectives for such a long time, making up your own instead.
69. USA AND ''ISRAEL''.
SJOERD RUURD VDV ,   MULTIVERSE   (12.02.11)
ALSO IN THAT CASE THE PRESENT AMERICAN ADMINISTRATION SHOULD LET THE ENTIRE UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION DO IT''S WORK/JOB AND DUTY.
70. Au contraire, sol
Cameron ,   USA   (12.02.11)
From Salma to Sarah, I'm good with all of it in it's entirety. Adding my insight & evaluation helps to broaden consideration of various matters for a more healthy, well-rounded evaluation. The striving & drive for balance in pondering and reflection sez I.
71. Hope and change....
sam1am ,   FC, Calif   (12.02.11)
This Muslim is liar like the one that permitted the taqiyya in the Quran, and if you buy that fairytale I have a bridge to sell you bery cheap.......over the Atlantic ocean.....LoL
72. You would want him?
David ,   USA   (12.02.11)
Believe me you really don't want him over there! But if you really would like him please take him. We Americans will give him to you for free before he sells us down the river; but he & his wife has already done that. What a sad day when I heard his name....
73. I agree
David ,   USA   (12.02.11)
that he doesn't like you very much, but he doesn't like us Americans neighter!
74. I agree!
David ,   USA   (12.02.11)
But a great president for the muslims!
75. Jim Carter
David ,   USA   (12.02.11)
Even thought I don't like what Carter stands for at all, I'll take him over the nut case that is in the white house at this time. I'm not a Catholic, but I have friends that are Catholic that voted obama in, like the Jewish sector. A very sad day!
76. obama's hand on PM shoulder
David ,   USA   (12.02.11)
I would still be in the shower washing my shoulder.
77. #70 cameron
solomon ,   bklyn   (12.02.11)
Insight, evaluation and balance are not the same as fairy tales and wishful thinking. You flatter yourself too much, as you are looking at yourself in a mirror but your eyes are closed. Peace.
78. #69 sjoerd
solomon ,   bklyn   (12.02.11)
The UN hasn't done it's work/job or duty in years.
79. Sorry to rattle the box, sol
Cameron ,   USA   (12.02.11)
Since I've notice such a strong trend towards fairy tales & wishful thinking in the talkbacks, I assumed I was in the perfect location.
80. Mr Obama........
claude ,   victo canada   (12.03.11)
Look at the condition U.S. is today excuse me a president like him is no messiah he is more an anti US and anti Israel a double face speaker................................
81. #79 cameron
solomon ,   bklyn   (12.03.11)
You are right; your examples of fairy tales are the likes of Observer, Split, Steve B, etc. You are in perfect sync with them. As to thinking you are akind to others; you prove my point about your wishful thinking and your fairy tales. Open your eyes; you will be very surprised but I guarantee you won’t like what you see. Peace.
82. sol #81
Cameron ,   USA   (12.04.11)
Yet again, sol, I'm good with all the varied forms of fairy tales and wishful thinking to be found on YNET. Which version are you advocating? They're all stated with such certainty of conviction that none will be completely dismissed without review.
83. #81 cameron
solomon ,   bklyn   (12.04.11)
Most of the posts that you call fairy tales can be verified by the simple act of reading the news. You, however, feel that 2+2=4 has to be verified. You’re wrong. Sorry.
84. sol #83
Cameron ,   USA   (12.04.11)
If only it were that easy, mate. Like a cop, I have to sit with all the suspects and sort through the data and blather to discover "the truth".
