It is amazing to me that based on the evidence of a worker in the 90's who held a grudge against Katsav that he was indicted for rape. I don't think in America or England the President of the country would face trail and prison for such a trumped up charge. Certainly in Jewish law a women making such an accusation (without any hard proof or other witnesses) would not be believed!
